Glasgow 2016

Very long tail for me, it's all very good having a strong top 4 but you need that 5th rider that will consistently get you 5,6 and 7s and get the occasional double figure score, like Edinburgh had with Riss last season, that being said Luuna and Garcia on better equipment which they will inevitably get might have some improvement in them.

Hopefully we can give Garcia decent support behind the scenes with plenty of practice, coaching on how to improve his gating and some help with engines. Im sure there is better to come from him.

Lunna im assuming will fly in for meetings which isnt ideal and is maybe Palovaara on a lower average. Both are welcome though.

Worrall was a given and should give us good service. Reckon Barker will start at 5 as none of the other top 5 will want to ride with him!

Need top 4 to all be unbeaten to rack up 50.

Not beyond them though albeit unlikely that's why I said 45 - 50 but they will be expected to score heavily week on week to compensate for the lower end.

Although Lunna is a good signing and should chip in with points I like the look off the side plenty scope for improvement.

Will stick in my tuppence worth now the enemy has finished their septet.

At first glance looks worse than last season but closer look maybe not by a big margin.

Very strong top 4. Lawson/Summers/Worrall should be pretty consistent (Worrall got the easier task of raising his avg), Barker on the other hand has had couple bad season with injury and dont think he will be back to his best (although near to it will please the tigerati).

Bottom 3 on the other hand look poor but there is potential. Iv seen glimpses of what Lunna and Garcia can do and im sure they will both have decent set ups for the start of the season all it takes is one to step up to even a 4 avg could make world of difference. Dont know anything about Ayres but a young (ish?) Brit and hope he does well.

At home and away it very much relies on top 4 scoring heavily so there will be some hammerings on the road and possibly at home but can see a few wins picked up on the road. Play Off contenders?...I would think so.

Now back to watching all the 'banter' between Edin and Glas. Some of it is actually funny.

Edinburgh fans saying top heavy lol that's how they win the league! Cook Masters Wolbert Sedgman same as Lawson Summers Barker and Worrall. Get a decent rider at 4 similar to Riss and then Lunna and Garcia as good as Branford and Clegg. Touch jealous in the Monarchs camp maybe

Yes we were top heavy like Glasgow are this year, but we had Riss doing the business in the top 5 by scoring those important 4,5.6 points a meeting on a consistent even a few double figures in there as well is Lunna capable of doing that IMO no bearing in mind he was at reserve basically all season last year, big step up moving into the top5. Now to say that Garcia and Ayres are better reserves than clegg and Branford is laughable.

Lawson and Summers will stay around the same average wise. Barker and Worrall will put about 1/1.5 on theirs. Don't see much from the other 3 maybe Garcia will put a touch on his but not a great deal.

Luunas not a reserve though, I'm not afraid to say it's a decent looking team, not jealous though.

Ah, another duff foreigners (Garcia) given another chances. Yay! Not sure Luna is a very good signing either - why sign him rather than keep Sarj? I'll admit I've not look to see if he fits but even so, Luna in the 1-5, eeek.

Very good top 3, Worrall is not bad, Ayres is ok but Luna and Garcia seem like plugging a very tight gap sort of signings.

I take you have seen Garcia on a regular bases, to give your opinion on, or are you just looking a figures.

Summers and RTR Worrall in the same team at least it means they won't be trying to knock each other off for a change.

Probably.

Put them together at 3 and 4 and give Richie a chance to getting out of the way of Summers.

Barker and Worrell averages have drop over the last 2 seasons are they suddenly going to put 1.5 on their average that's a big ask IMO
