Gazc
So I take it you had a good scrub up after the Somerset match at Ashfield, as a precaution in case any Celtic season ticket holders had taken up the free ticket offer ? Wonder if the Facennas support either of the Old Firm They can support the timbuctoo ladies pygmie team for all I care for what they have done for my speedway club supporting the other mob is a small price to put up with. But in answer to your question no I didn't have a good scrub up that day the beggar repellent cream I smeared on done the trick. MANSE
I believe the same offer was put to Rangers F C but the answer was still waiting [dont know who to ask so many people here the last few years leave it with me]

But so much has gone on over the last few years, and I assume personnel changes, they have much to deal with internally so understandable if they have bigger priorities. However they're easy pickings for those with a negative agenda towards them.
SharpenRake
I trust the whole ranger celtic thing is just banter? No matter think its great that the club are giving funds/rent to another club that is in need of money. Getting back to Glasg0w 2016. read various ideas, permutations for potential team, lots tongue in cheek (hopefully) and others showing immense insight? So a serious question if people have been given the info why are they posting it on facebook/here? presumably the owners have not announced these 'signings' for a reason? If so they must be annoyed that someone has leaked the 'signings'. or have the leaks been leaked to get fans reaction - I want james back - or have they been leaked to see who leaks info? Whatever, please please NO Fisher! Am away for a sit down and a leak!
Weeyin
on other forums now it seems we have R Worrall and Ben Barker, if that is true then we cant fit in Richard , Aaron and James, would love to see James back as the last couple of meetings he has shown true grit from the back, in fact both James and Victor have improved their average by at least 2 points, which is no mean feat. It will be interesting to find out who our final seven will be , I will be happy as long as Aaron Summers is back as his outside passes were a joy to watch and even a bit scary at times

damosuzuki
Rangers / Celtic thing is just chatter - that's the reason I can't be bothered with Football. Any sport where the fans need to be segregated gets a bit much for me tbh. As regards team I'm genuinely confused. My postion is that I'd like to Keep Sarj (100% after his recent performances) Summers - 120% Lawson - In no way a criticism so don't want to seem like that but the ONLY way I would get rid of him is if we couldn't keep him due to signing Cook. What seems to be emerging is a more balanced side perhaps with more strength in the middle. and a weaker 6/reserve. Is this right?
damosuzuki
1. A Summers 8.372. J Sarjeant 5.003. R Worrall 6.844. B Barker 7.555. Rohan Tungate 7.74 / Matej Kus 7.13 6. A four pointer (?) 7. 3 Edit to add I'd Still Rather keep Lawson. This is just me guessing at potentials. Need to stop.....now Edited October 30, 2015 by damosuzuki

Need to stop.....now Alternatively you could have Ryan Fisher on 7.52 who might be even better, given his previous performances at Ashfield, which iirc, included a five ride maximum

coomie
You Glasgow fans don't seem to worry if Nick leaves did he not fit back in with the team or with the fans this year?
MANSE
Reading various sites Edinburgh pos R Worrall Plymouth B Barker, read somewhere Robert Lambert contacted Glasgow also i believe Nick wants to be back, seen Fisher for Glasgow now Tungate has been named plus our own riders Aaron, Richard, Victor and Anders and our loanees James and Kozza. Good Luck STUART Re Nick my main gripe was the equipment he had at Glasgow for home meetings was not up to standard
Gazc
You Glasgow fans don't seem to worry if Nick leaves did he not fit back in with the team or with the fans this year?I would love Nick back as he will always be regarded as one off our own but by his own admission he couldn't get dialled in to Ashfield. His form was very inconsistent at home and as Manse has said his machinery lacked any speed from what I could see plus Aaron & Richard are assets whilst Nick is no longer one. If he returns then he would need to up his form around Ashfield. Edited October 30, 2015 by Gazc
SharpenRake
I would also love Nick back. His away average is higher than his home average and higher than Richard and aaron. In other words the type of rider you need if you want to win away from home and be competitive in all competitions. he did hold the track record for a while so can clearly ride ashfield. I would have started with these three guys and james, subject to agreeing terms, and then got out the calculator! Hopefully that's what Stuart has done and everything else is just rumousr or 'dodgy leaks' as I've suggested before.
damosuzuki
I'm not counting Nick out, just of the belief somethings got to give and I believed he was struggling at home. Everything I've said is just thinking aloud - I have no insider info at all.

damosuzuki
Considering Nick wanted out before the season finished i doubt he will be back. I didn't know this but theres been a lot of hum and haw around him later on in the season, so maybe some truth. Like him as a rider but things have to change so might be him.
