i can't fault your optimism but i will be really shocked if it's that close. i know it's rye's last chance for more silverware and that makes them dangerous but rye's biggest problem has been the close results at hoddesdon they will need a 12-15 point lead to put pressure on sunday, and i don't see that happening on sat even with morley and hume as didn't branford get a maximum a fortnight ago so morley can't better that. glad hume's back though, buckle up it's going to be a bumpy ride.

It'll follow the usual pattern. Close and competitive at Rye, one sided at Eastbourne. Ben Morley is more reliable than Rob Branford who does tend to be a bit hot headed at times.

Kyle Hughes pulled out of yesterday's fours at Kent,,not well,,he will need to make a rapid recovery if Rye are to have a chance over the two legs,,Still should be a good meeting at Rye ,,between two good sides.

i have to agree with you shads.

Morley will be a threat compared to Branford. Owen seems to be sharp and in form at the moment which is good. Hope hopwood has fixed his best bike for this. Spiller will be spiller. Will Hughes be better from his "illness"?

Yep he was going to score more than the Max Rob got last time they met, poor night for Ben being beaten by BWD twice on his favorite track.

Makes me wonder who would have won the NLRC if BWD was fit.
