Poole 2016

Recommended Posts

So Hans has gone to Poole because a winning team around you helps you out. So what was the useless gits excuse in 2015? We finished 2nd in the league and may had our number 1 turned up at just 3 or 4 meetings we'd have finished top. Or what about in 2014 when we got to the play-off final and had it not been for our number 1 going AWOL may have won the play-offs.

He is one of the biggest reasons the Bees in 2 season, while having a largely very successful team have not won the title. So much for being dragged along by a winning team.

As for Adam Ellis, he confirmed what some of us said last year, he didn't want to be at Lakeside and they had tried to get him to Poole last season but they were unable to fiddle it.

Not Hans fault you didn't make the final though and to suggest it's all Hans fault that you didn't win in 2014 is a bit over the top also. What about Bomber's form in those meetings, he wasn't exactly setting the place alight was he?

That's hardly a revelation. It didn't take a lot of working out when his mechanic, who just happens to live in Poole put a bit of a careless comment on twitter after last years fast track pick. He was always going to finish up at Poole. Plenty of people worked that one out.

until Jon Cook shafted him on the morning of the draft pick, scuppering his PL place too. That was also well known

Source of your information ? How do we know its fact and not a bit of unsubstantiated gossip you picked up ?

What was the PL place that was scuppered ?

Haha, has Andersen forgotten how rubbish he was In the SEC and some of his abroad meetings last year as well. Didn't help team spirit when he was riding like a reserve and having a go at fans and team mates.

He will be the same with Poole if fans say anything about the dates he will miss or don't give him praise.

Glad he's not a bees rider this year

On his average, who cares what he says. As long as he increases it that's the main thing :)

If Hans had performed better in a handful of meeting and scored us 4 or 5 more league points we'd have been top and we'd have picked (probably) BV where we had won twice or Swindon leaving BV to sort you out (which was so close it may or may not have worked). But no, his being rubbish at home vs you lot mean not only did you win but you got a bonus point. He score 2 beating his Cam Heeps and Dak North in the EL A at home vs your lot when we lost 48-41. Had he score 9 like a normal 8.5 rider should at home that would have seen us win 50-40ish so 4 less for you and 3 more for us - that was enough to put us top! Hell if he'd scored 6 we'd have won 46-44 meaning 2 more for us and 3 less for you and we'd have finished top! That from one single meeting. Or his 4 at Lynn when we lost 49-41, had he turned up that was 3 more league points... There were many occasions where his poor scoring cost us points. I accepted it last year but when he comes out with crap like "being in a winning team rubs off on you" - sod off, we were top of the league most of the season with him struggling, we WERE the winning team but it didnt rub off on him.

As for the play-offs then, as I mention we'd have not picked Poole so anything could have happened but also had he not been rubbish all year he'd have been at heat leader and King at second string so King would have scored more too. OK by then we have Garrity and Joonas out so it was a long shot but to suggest the actual full 1-7 wasn't capable of winning a title if Hans was riding as he should have been was pushing it.

As for Harris' 2014 play-off form, dropped 1 point at home and score 7 form 4 completed rides at Poole. Not magical but by no means bad, and for a rider signed on 6.5 that season was very good. Only 2 psoitions struggled in 2014 - 1 and 3. 1 was Hans and 3 was Barker/guest because our stupid management sacked MJJ!

His dad didn't know though

I know. Quite funny really. Adam confirmed what I posted on here last year, the same post that his dad rubbished last year :D Im not going to give his dad too much stick though as generally his posts are very informative and he gives more detail than he ever needed to.

Fir the record, I'd have had Hans back as first signing for 2016. But that doesn't change the fact he is trying to throw the blame for his poor performances onto others!

Last season Hans scored 13 at home against Poole in the play offs Harris scored 6. If Harris had scored what Hans did you may have beaten us.

Very pleased to have Hans back where he started in this country where his efforts will be appreciated!!!

I wonder why Hans was riding as a 2nd string in the playoffs? Just maybe because he had a poor season? SCB is spot on, a few decent performances from Hans and we would've been top.

You could tell his heart wasn't in it when he rode for you last season , if his decline continues the Pirates will still win most matches with the team they have anyway .In a even weaker ELITE league I really do expect him to up his average by a point .

He will start well as he will start as a 2nd string, id have still signed him for this season if it was just about averages but it isnt. His attitude was awful and the issue about not team riding with Sarj meant he was never going to come back. If he does similar riding at Poole their fans won't be too impressed either, Poole are successful as they ride as a team all pulling in the same direction.
