Poole 2016

Depends if he wants to get booed or not! :D

Well if you read what it says on the Stars website it doesn't sound like he is going to get booed, he is celebrating his Cardiff win with the fans and talking about life as a top rider so doesn't sound like he is leaving.

Personally wouldn't mind if he came to Poole though, great rider, always fair and one of the nicest guys in speedway.

I meant if he said he was off to Poole, he'd get booed! ;)

Hope he stays at Lynn, they need him more than we do!! Who would they have as no1 otherwise?

Sacking him probably hasn't endeared Wolves to him in fairness

no doubt he perfectly understood why. It was clear his loyalties were elsewhere at that point.

Got it mixed up with the Premier League's new number 7 rule?

Not the way I read it.

"Top flight clubs will continue to track two draft riders – starting the season at reserve – but they will be given averages after four meetings which gives them the chance to move into the top five."

I admire your optimism SB. Go and have a lie-down and you can carry on with your dreaming!! :t::cheers:

Keep dreaming of him being a Pirate one day, you just keep believing it might happen.

......stevebrum....."Top flight clubs will continue to track two draft riders – starting the season at reserve – but they will be given averages after four meetings which gives them the chance to move into the top five."

So presumably if the promotion or the riders don't like the idea of moving into the top five they'll just have 4 really bad scores in the first few meetings?

Edited for spelling mistake....and I can't even blame predictive text.

They change every 4 meetings, so if they good enough then they will move up anyway!

One would think that we are returning to the old heat format with no protected heats(apart from heat 2 )Because you cant move a rider into the 1 to 5 with a false average gained from protected heats.I just wish they would release more details as to what is happening with our sport next year.

Isn't that being a little cynical ? If riders have 4 bad meetings it will hit them very hard in the pocket.

Average fixing never goes on does it? I'm sure promoters still give them a nice wage packet to make up for the loss. However, stevebrum has said they change every 4 meetings so who knows? I long ago gave up trying to understand speedway's rules and regulations.
