Joe Beevers Posted September 25, 2015 Report Share Posted September 25, 2015 So there has been a lot of interviews and commentary over the years from programmes such as World Of Sport all the way up to when Sky took over the GP's. What commentary, interviews or studio comment were odd, hilarious or most controversial? Mine would be Dave Lanning commentating on an England v USA test match in the 80s. The Americans I think are on a 5-1 and all of a sudden one of them picks up too much grip on the bend which lifts his front tyre taking him to the fence but manages to stay on. Lanning then says "The Americans must watch themselves as they have already been warned abour monowheeling by the referee". I was dumbstruck.
