Newcastle 2016

Recommended Posts

Sheffield Play-off dates have been announced by Sheffield. Away - Thursday Sept 29 7.30pm and HOME - Sunday October 2 6.30pm

Interestingly the Home fixture is listed on the BSPA home page (along with Rye House Away and Home) but not the Sheffield v Newcastle fixture. Tho yes you are right Steve they are on Sheffield website ( In the Sheff v Somerset preview news item.)

but how many PL guys ride in Poland ?,,,

so surely if he rides in the UK next year, it wouldn't be premier league,,,

Bjerre isn't a PL rider, due to the cockeyed system in elite league his average is falsely low and therefore eligible to be converted to ride PL, Peterborough have then thrown big money out to get him and Thomsen in for the play-offs

Sorry - edited to add ..... which they are not in!

I give up trying to understand Greensheet averages. For example issue 30 (31 Aug) shows Lewis Rose current ave (Aug) as 5.12 rising to 5.86 from 01 Sep. Fine, that would have put him into the team and Victor at reserve. Issue 31 (19/09) shows his current (Sep) average back as 5.12 increasing to 5.86 From ??/??. So would that have meant Victor being in the team and Lewis (in theory)being at reserve. The latest issue is the same. Lewis Sep average is still 5.12 rising to 5.86 from 01/10.

Confusing or what.

1. Steve Worrall 8.51

2. Lewis Rose 5.86

3. Kyle Newman 6.31

4. Ludvig Lindgren 7.65

5. Rene Bach 7.32

6. Tom Perry 3.76

7. Connor Mountain 3.00

Total 42.41

The new averages have messed up my old team I put together because I didn't expect Kus to rise as much as he did :P This is what I'd like to see next season if the averages still fit then, 5 Brits too :)

Alternatively, and slightly less realistic :P

1. Craig Cook 9.88

2. Lewis Rose 5.86

3. Matej Kus 7.55

4. Adam Ellis 4.67

5. Ludvig Lindgren 7.65

6. Tom Perry 3.76

7. Connor Mountain 3.00

Total 42.37

Some people would tell me to not bother making a team until the final averages came out, but I like to make them :)
