ruffdiamond
You said that - not me. Perhaps a change of scenary may be good for Mr. Lindgren - who knows? he may be quite happy where he is,,, the change of scenary,(or years in the wilderness) don't seem to have done you any good
StevePark
Yes Kenni Larsen and Kenneth Bjerre would have been my 2 'fantasy speedway' choices for the number one spot but I suspected both were just unrealistic. The question is, who is an out-and-out number one that the promotion could actually secure and afford? Add said #1 onto my team list there and maybe that team will do well enough to get the necessary 50-100 extra fans through the turnstiles… On a sadder note: does anybody know whether the GRT Media DVDs will continue? i.e. were there business partners involved who could carry the business forward, or perhaps a buyer for the business? Sadly, they won't continue.
acclennell
See there are a lot of people wanting the majority of the team from this year to return - honestly think that would be a big mistake although I wouldn't be surprised if it happened either. Two riders I would have kept from this year are the ones signed up so a good start but think the rest of the team needs to be fresh blood to be competitive in challenging on all fronts - do I think that will happen no but we will see as to be honest I thought LL would have been the first name on George's list but so far no word. George said at the end of last season that there was a requirement of 70 fans to add to the current attendances and I will state now if there 'on paper' looks to be a competitive team I will be back but not if it's the same old same old as the last few seasons. NJC71
Kenneth Bjerre Anton Rosen Ludvig Lindgren © Tero Aarnio Steve Worrall Simon Neilsen Liam Carr KB isn't realistic. That team looks weak at reserve too and personally Rosen is a no for me. He was poor last sesson. The 3 point rule was badly thought out for me. I don't know who these 3 pointers are and fear some of the northern tracks in paricular will have to take riders who are not ready for PL racing. The big issue though is that it could cost riders on 4 point ish averages team places, as I would imagine most teams will want an experienced high scoring reserve alongside the 3 pointer. We'll see.
StevePark
What happens when the 3pt NL rider is needed for the NL? This could be an added problem for Newcastle being a Sunday track.

Premier league team will have priority unless the rider is an asset of the NL team
Endeavour
Edinburgh tracked 2 3 point riders at reserve last year. IF they wanted to they couldn't use both in 2016 unless they tracked 3 riders at tail end totalling barely over 10 points. Sings4Speedway
Good team but there is no chance of Kenneth Bjerre signing, he has Poland and my guess is Liam Carr to Edinburgh or Berwick Liam has just signed for Cov in the NL so seeing that they are a Friday night team I cannot see him at Edinburgh? Whoever is signed it is worth making them an asset to get priority over fixture clashes.
