Newcastle 2016

Recommended Posts

Disappointing news as I think Richie would have made the Diamonds potential championship contenders.

I'm not a great fan of Kus, if that is who is lined up, but he was slightly better at Brough last year than previously, and I have no idea who might be brought in as a 7 pointer.

pretty unjust criticism aswell,,, top man on the road last season, and in general :)

Hey, I think Ludvig was our best rider last year, I think he did awesome for us both home AND away, but a few people disagree and that's what I was getting at

#5 rides with or against reserves in 3 out of 4 races also, so easier heats than anywhere else in the team

Hope he pushes on in 2016 as hes stood still for a few years now, and maybe he will feel less weight on his shoulders with being in a stronger team this year.

But also has the responsibility of beating other number 5s with likely no chance of team riding

yeah,,, but thats cos his partner is usually a reserve,,,

#1 rides against #6 once, and,,,

#5 rides against #7 once,,, they meet the other team members the same amount of times,,,

but do agree with the second bit,,, :)

Maybe Ludvig should be #2,,, easiest rides and an early finish ;)

1. Lambert

2. Aarnio

3. Worrall

4. Lindgren

5. Whoever (Kus?)

6. Rose

7. Phillips

Should be the team, the 3 and 4 partnership is the same as last years 1 and 5 which was already hugely strong at home

Dandelion,,,

Dunno about the newbie (or oldbie) at #5,,, might be a bit of a risk for a new lad, or if its Kus, he is a a bit 'Lindgrenesque' IMO,,,

I would probly go with Worrall at 5 and see how it pans out :)

I think if it is Kus, him and Lindgren at 3 and 4 riding together won't be very strong or maybe a bit risky, mainly away like at tracks such as Sheffield, although you could put Ludvig at 5 and have Steve and the other at 3 and 4

A very good suggestion RD - he would be very good in that position. :t::approve: :approve:
