Why were Sky showing Ben Barker as a Coventry Bees rider yesterday evening?

He is a squad member/rider isn't he?

Not quite the same. Harris is out performing all other brits in the El.

That's not really anything to go by either.

Been to Belle Vue 3 times already this season and hasn't scored above 6 and abysmal in the British Final against rider's that should be nowhere near him.

Chris Harris, TeamGB, YOU'RE FIRED......

COVENTRY are pleased to hear Jason Garrity escaped injury from his crash at Belle Vue on Monday.

There were fears of a possible fractured arm for Garrity after he came to grief in Heat 16 of the British Final, causing him to miss his final ride.

However, he has since been in touch with the club with the encouraging news and is expected to ride in Friday's home clash with King's Lynn.

I wouldn't have Harris in the GB team either to be honest. Unless of course he shows some excellent form in the EL and gets decent points in the next couple of GPs. Think Tai, Cook and Lambert are certainties its that 4th spot up for grabs. Ellis will get the reserve spot.

Tbh it doesn't matter what he does at other tracks only his form at the BV track is important. How is he going to beat the world's best riders if he can't beat British PL ones! Normally on a wet track Chris is one of the best, or he was a few years ago.

Add to that, at the moment, he is not scoring many points against some of the riders we will be up against at BV.

Has beaten Zagar, Cook and Nicholls at BV to be fair. Chopping and changing equipment doesn't help Bomber. Needs to settle with one, stick with it and see where he goes. Can't dismiss Bomber IF the form improves but as things stand no i wouldn't have him in the side.

Ah okay. Wasn't sure if Coventry had been to BV yet and Bomber just can't take to the track.
