bdjfan
Reminds me of his days at another team then he walked away leaving a mess!! Thankfully someone stepped in to pick up the pieces!!
dabbsjoe
Picking a starting 7 with the ful quota of double up riders to start the season is probably what is stopping a simple change to the team right now. Who would be dropped from the 7 ?

Daniel Smith
If anyone watched Eurosport's Swedish Speedway today you'll see bottler Bjerre still at it. Wouldn't touch him with a barge pole right now
deanr1
nuhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfCyl5-tMKU.....horton words........and he kept a straight face throughout! Quite sad to watch the video that follows this one, Coventry vs Poole in 2011. We had Emil, Larsen, & Pawlicki in that line up, a young Nick Morris at reserve and Rosco as team manager... back in the days when we were a well run club with a desire to win! Also some start line girls and if you listen carefully I think some musical presentation going on in the background, Chris Simpson perhaps? Doesn't look a bad crowd for a Sky meeting either... Those were the days! And only 5 years ago, seems a lot longer!

Wouldn't touch him with a barge pole right now Not sure about that, he scored 7. Holder and Nicki were more disappointing. Granted he made a mistake in one when we was leading but bottling it, no chance. He scored what you would probably expect.

He was bottling it, ample opportunities to make passes in a couple of races but shut off. He didn't make a mistake while leading, other riders were getting to close so politely moved aside for them. Exactly how he rode for us last season. I tell you now, put him in your side and you'll want to throttle him after a couple of weeks. throws away so many valuable points as he has no nerve

SCB
I would prefer the world cup winner, you wouldn't, fair enough!Ljung and Ruud have won World Cups but Woffinden and Hancock haven't. Which two would you want?! Quite sad to watch the video that follows this one, Coventry vs Poole in 2011. Those were the days! And only 5 years ago, seems a lot longer! The worst thing Horton did was get rid of Rosco! Would have made far more sense to have kept Rosco and not bothered with Scroggins, Havvy and Rogers who between them are not up to Roscos standards! He was bottling it, ample opportunities to make passes in a couple of races but shut off. He didn't make a mistake while leading, other riders were getting to close so politely moved aside for them. Scoring points does. Bjerre scores points - that's al he needs to do. He doesn't need to be exciting or wild or flamboyant or mad. We have Harris, Garrity and Bates in our team! Frankly a gate and go merchant like Bjerre would be a blessing!
remembertheracers
Main Man Rodgers certainly inspired Bomber Harris in Krsko Well he did get on camera at least 5 times, mission accomplished!

mdmc82
Watching sky meeting and looking at the line ups for Belle Vue and even Lakeside, it really shows how weak our team when you compare them. With us having one of the weakest reserve pairings, we needed a strong top 5, but instead we sign a 4pt and 5pt rider in it. We look more like a PL team if you look at our line up and yet Horton expects people to pay £17 to watch them get beaten each week. No chance of anything away. We have gone from top of the league to scrapping bottom. Without changes our season is already over and it's only the start of May 😕 I notice that Watson is very quiet. Can you honestly say he thinks this is a play off team 😂 Edited May 4, 2016 by mdmc82
