mdmc82
Well that team would fit, Watt in place of Woryna, means you'd have a strong SS in Danny King! Krzysztof Kasprzak 7.91 Chris Harris 7.49 Davey Watt 6.80 Danny King 5.67 Jason Garrity 5.08 Josh Bates 3.85 James Sarjeant 3.37 Total 40.17 Lol. It's April 27th not April fools. Watt is a terrible rider and I can't imagine many clubs wanting to signing him. He should take up golf instead of speedway. Much more relaxing 😂

He isn't the rider he once was but is still capable of scoring points - once he gets his head clear.

Please show me. I have not criticised Poole for letting him go, I have provided a link to the echo where Watt moans about Poole not giving him a chance

Rob VDS
I don't see your point? It can be both. Surely if someone is such a "terrible" rider then any team who has such a rider in its ranks could be forgiven for replacing him? What your fellow Bees fan is saying he's rubbish we don't want him but how awful of Poole to replace him.

Could have been signed off like Dakota North was sort his life out and then comeback. Still poor form then get rid. Watt must look at North getting time off and think why cant I be treated the same.

Yes and Matt Ford and Poole speedway have benefited on both occasions

Fair point. Trouble is as has been quoted already, delaying it further would risk his average dropping thereby making this switch impossible so I guess Ford's bitten the bullet and made the decision now, probably aware it wouldn't be hugely popular

The difference being North was signed off for a couple of meetings at the end of the season, Watt, who knows, I can see see why they got rid of him. LisaColette
Of course I have 💤💤💤 I'm sure you have a link to this? It's easily deleted. Tbh you do kiss up to riders quite a lot on twitter. And there isn't the slightest bit of rain on the track. He did alright on the wet Coventry track last season. Well better than the Coventry riders anyway

Poole will continue to win the title as long as they have the money and that team-building rules (FTR and Heat Leader lists) amazingly always work in their favour. The success is all off-track now - the actual racing in the EL is just a case of going through the motions. stevebrum
Cov should have dropped King brought in a heat leader used r/r till may the 1st then brought him back in But you can't re-introduce a sacked rider until a month later. Which is fair.
