LisaColette
what comes around goes around..have you heard that one , or what about... karma is a bitch, if you think ford can go round ruling through fear your very much mistaken as those two quotes above always ring true! as for getting ripped off with loan fees yes a few promoters have by way of the riders not performing for whatever reasons, thats why if i was a promoter i would think more than twice about doing loans deals with poole riders.... What exactly has come around? Seems that Matt still holds all the power, unlucky.

dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
I thought there were set criteria and scales for loan fees. No negoiation needed about the fee itself as it is what it is. Dont see how any rider not currently on a 1-7 can be prevented from talking to/signing for any club they wish either regardless of their asset status. Woz01
But Coventry crowds are far too small to pay for such a rider. Half the Coventry fans have already deserted the club judging by the size of the crowd on Friday. Why would Horton want to splash out thousands when theres no one there to watch? Nice try....

Steve Shovlar
Out of curiosity what was the attendance Steve ( approx.) , How many Poole supporters there ? Crowd was half of what is was a couple of years ago when I last went there (excluding playoffs) Probably about 25-30 Poole fans made the long trip. Sad when you think back to the 70's when crowds were so much better. Swindon would always take one coach away, sometimes three depending what was at stake (to places like Coventry, Hackney, Reading, Oxford). One year I recall 3 coaches to Bellevue and even a double decker bus to Cradley, not to mention the Mad Wellie special train to Scotland! Nowadays an away coach is as rare as a new brick at Blunsdon.

Thanks , I suppose a new signing & a few wins will soon turn that around . Supporters are like that with their hard earned .. .
mdmc82
To be fair we are after a 3rd heatleader not a number 1. All the names mentioned will be fine but I would have a preference to Zengota. Would we have enough points for Zengi though? To be fair we are after a 3rd heatleader not a number 1. All the names mentioned will be fine but I would have a preference to Zengota. Steve Shovlar
The reason Hortonhad is moan about Matt in the Star is because Coventry wanted to sign Bjarne and a deal was being done. It looks like Watt's performances didnt i prove so Matt decided Bjarne to replace Davey, scuppering Hortons deal and leading to him making the comments in the Star.
