Dave Jones
Its the deals in Poland and Denmark as much as Swindon's that have changed Dak's mind, with the full support of his dad and family. To be fair, for a rider of Dak's ability and inconsistency, (and that's not knocking Dak) to be offered contracts in 3 countries would take a lot for any decent rider to turn down, whatever his family circumstances. O K . If you say so.

Woz01
Anyway back to Coventry Bees 2016 looking at how the other teams are taking shape we look pants. Apart from Poole and Belle Vue all the sides look pants. Dont know why people are rating Swindon so highly and King Lynn will need a top signing at number 1 for them to look good too. I agree our side looks pants too!

Dont know why people are rating Swindon so highly and King Lynn will need a top signing at number 1 for them to look good too. I agree our side looks pants too! Swindon: Doyle - best rider in the league Sedge - has improved while riding for Edinburgh this last 2 years and still improving Morris - great rider who has improved year on year since leaving Coventry Josh G - has continued improving and did a solid job for BV and Poole in last 2 years Dak - can be good (and can be bad) but an all out racer Wright - one of the best reserves in the EL Nielsen - had a solid year for BV last year and still improving So I guess that's why people are rating the team because it's a solid team with lots of improvement in it (and also some inconsistencies) and only some biased person would not be able to see that! The fact is that on paper they look good - they need to deliver on track!
TheSmiler
It's amazing how we can go from looking like one of the best to currently looking the worst out of the completed teams. And yes I put Wolves above us. This is how they're going to go, without a bang but more of a whimper, such a shame.

Swindon will do well at 2nd string, Sedgeman will do ok but even then i think there are a few more stronger 5th average riders around (Mads, Masters, Garrity, Kurtz). I think Swindon have one of the weaker draft pairings too. Might squeeze into 4th but Poole and Belle Vue are so far ahead of the rest
