thecoombdog
Should have known they wouldn't go a whole season without cheating. Proves Coventry had them very worried. Maybe one day they will try and win it fairly. Notice he's only having a week off so should be back in time to meet Belle Vue or Swindon on tracks he can race on. If he was that worried then go home and be with him. It's a joke. The fans who say Kennett doesn't strengthen them are laughable. Kennett is in brilliant form whilst Ford knew North was their weak link against a side who usually ride Poole well and he couldn't afford to take any risks. I've been having a play off break from this place because people tend to post absolute b0llocks during these 3 weeks but someone advised me the nutter from Coventry was up to her old tricks so thought I would have a look at this thread. You really are clueless. You invent stuff and then post it on here and say you heard it on twitter. It's bad enough inventing other users which is nutty in itself but inventing news of an accident being 3 weeks ago is proper mental. You are a grade A nutcase. I suppose at least you have more excuses now tomorrow when you get a dicking. I await the childish response about BV hammering us last week but for the record I think they are a better team than us without Ward so got no excuses whatsoever. The better team will make the final.
mdmc82
If North had been in good form he would be riding tomorrow. The fact his last scores have been 0, 0, 3 is the reason he's been replaced. They drew at home in their last home meeting to Swindon and Coventry have won at Poole this season so couldn't risk it happening again. Hoping Belle Vue can make the final and win as they will have done it fairly. Hate cheating. Edited September 20, 2015 by mdmc82

Woz01
Do doctors write sicknotes on compassionate grounds? Surely that's your employers job to decide wether you get leave or not. Edited September 20, 2015 by woz01

My only comments are aimed at the forum nut case who makes up stuff then says she read it on twitter to get out of it when people question her. Doesn't matter who you support. No one should agree with that. Edited September 20, 2015 by thecoombdog
ouch
It's bad what's happened to Dak's father and as other riders have done its right he should take some compassionate leave. Missing the next two Poole meetings before taking his place with his team mates for a hoped for winning celebration seems the best option for him in these trying times. Rob VDS
In all honesty I'm torn over whether to laugh at the Bees fans or get angry. I've decided.Ha ha you pathetic bunch, you've been so disappointed this season that you've not had an excuse for Poole winning (if that happens) or a chance to accuse Poole of cheating. You must be so happy now, doing what you do best. Anyway all the best to Daks father and I hope he makes a speedy recovery.Bees fans, thanks for the predictable entertainment :-) :-)
mdmc82
Lol not surprised that Swindon fans are defending Poole. It doesn't say he's seriously injured anywhere. Why is North not flying back and only having a week off? He's been scoring terribly for weeks now If you look at my posts over the last month you will see that I have respected Poole for being a good team and having got where they had so far this season without cheating. I would have even congratulated them if they won but not now. Hollow victory of you have to cheat to do it. I feel sorry for the genuine Poole fans who must get fed up of this Good luck Belle Vue. Have worked hard to get where they are, like Coventry, without cheating. Edited September 20, 2015 by mdmc82
g13webb
I realize with our history that some think Matt Ford is pulling another stroke but we can beat Coventry quite easily without North and he would get a better score riding at home, there is no guarantee Kennett will score too many. For the genuine fans of Poole Pirates, I feel for you. Time and again Matt Ford pulls these stunts thinking only of bending the rules for success, He is not aware that it destroys people interest in the sport. The MC must take some responsibility for their reluctance see through these many scams. Winning doesn't mean anything if you have to cheat to achieve it. Allowing Poole to pull these stunts, makes a mockery of the whole sport, and deems any success as worthless....

You can block me on this site so go ahead. Only those with rose tinted glasses can't see this for what it is. Gater 1 called it once North started scoring badly that they would find a way to replace him. He was right!!

I just hope no one close to you suffers a nasty injury or illness, maybe you'd be a little more understanding. Worst fans in Speedway. Where's your proof that it's a "nasty accident" could be a broken leg for all you know. I'm sure if it was serious then he would fly to see him. I have had family members have illnesses but unfortunately still had to work. Rory lost a very close friend in Richardson and still raced the next day, the same as Hans who lost his mum. Holder's closest friend has been seriously injured in a crash and yet he went to the SGP and raced for him.

All I will say is you were quick enough to condemn DW for turning up to ride while over the limit. And correctly so. The same should apply here, in fact Dak should have told the promotion about the accident before the first leg. If his mind wasn't on the job it could have turned out worse than it did. Imagine your job involved getting on a speedway bike with no brakes when family member was ill or injured, would your mind be on the job in hand?
Agrotron
All sounds a little fish cakey to me if he is not on a plane and out for the rest of season, whilst I wish Rod all the best I have to say this I predicted North was going to be unavailable for this, what really grates me as I thought we were going to end the season with the riders we started with which would probably be a first but no it makes us look like something dodgy is going on.

foamfence
This is a fiddle (unfortunately one we have come to expect). Edward Kennett for all his shortcomings is a much better prospect than an off-form North. If it's not a Speedway matter they should have to use a junior.
