Poole Quay 7
Have I called the Poole management out?? cant remember that. Then just give us a straight answer Sherlock - What did you use photos of "Dak's Dad" for and after the "investigation" what conclusion did you arrive at? Gavan
Well i must be in a minority then as ive never cheered when a rider has fallen off irrelevent of how innocous it looks. Even simple falls can cause horrifc injuries. Havvy broke his back sliding off, i saw Paul Muchene at Hackney slide off but he had Nick Floyd right behind him. So are we supposed to only cheer a certain type of fall? Im confused. If Harris had have clipped Kennets back wheel and cartwheeled into the fence would the Poole fans still have cheered. Did the opposition fans cheer when Darcy, Rico , Stead, Hare and Jonsson cheer when they crashed? Sorry but to cheer like the Poole fans did IMMEDIATLY as Harris went down is wrong. Who was to say that he didnt hurt his back or bang his head somehow as he fell? Im sure fans of other clubs do it and its wrong.

Odds On
I was actually going to post that next thing folk will be complaining that people cheer when a rider blows an engine as it will cost him money... and lo and behold someone already has. Unbelievable! How about we make it despicable we cheer when a rider passes someone? That poor guy who has been passed has lost out on money. So you would cheer when someone has an engine failure?... Some sad people in this world.
Game On
So you would cheer when someone has an engine failure?... Some sad people in this world. It's a natural reaction to cheer when the opposing team has some misfortune and thus benefits your own team.

Some strange people if that's what floats their boat, as for a natural reaction?...I can't be natural then! Cheering at someone's misfortune is pretty low in any walk of life.

Maybe but if you look at last nights meeting you had Holder Andersen and Harris all having breakdowns and all got cheered from both sets of fans, it happens at all speedway venues.

speedibee
From the time the green light come see on the ride r s are allowed 1.5 s eco do s to get their engines spinning before the tapes are releas ed. I didn't see the green light but. If the ref accidently let the tapes go as he put the light on he was right to call them back. the other 3 riders saw the green light ,

Are you one of these people who supports non competitive sport at schools because the losers get upset? If your team needed a 5-1 in heat 15 to become league champions, but were in second and third place in the race, would you really not cheer if the opposing rider who was in the lead packed up on the final bend?
Gemini
.......KKS.......The green light came on at exactly the same time as the tapes went up. Was James in the race? Probably the referee trying to catch him out but the plan misfired. Edited to put the quote in. chris4gillian
The straight answer is I'm still working on it. So in essence you're trying to prove that Dak North, Matt Ford and Poole Speedway are lying about the injury to Dak's father..?!? Effing despicable!!!
