home straight
I was quite worried about this evenings meeting, I thought it could go either way, but as everyone keeps pointing out, Kennett in for North should add at least 30 points to our total, so I'm predicting a score of 75-45 to the pirates.

Shame to hear his dad is sick but surely if it was badly hurt he would be on a plane ride home to visit and not playing golf with Davy Watt as said by the Cov promotion. Rules in this sport need tightening up to stop abuse. Totally agree.. Rules are rules , they have not been broken just bent to get an advantage . Isn't it ironic that proven cheat Eddie who was slaughtered on here by Pirates fans when caught out could be the one who wins the match for them !! Our sport is in the gutter & I cant honestly see a way out at the moment . Edited September 21, 2015 by BANANAMAN

stevebrum
Have you seen Norths scores the last few weeks? Kennett strengthens them greatly. Have you not seen Kennett ride in big pressure meetings/races? Always left wanting so no in my opinion they are weakened. Kennett flew around Brandon a couple of weeks ago. He actually can't get worse than North who hasn't scored in his last couple of meetings Bees have a heat leader missing and are having to use two tier 2 riders instead of the best reserve in the league. Poole will win but that won't nessasarily be because they are the better team as somebody put it but more because they strengthened against a depleted injury hit Coventry. Garrity has been amazing and Joonas scoring double at home so shame we were weakened going in to the play offs. Poole are the better team with both teams full strength, not by much but enough to have won both legs.

Poole would win this easily 99 times out of a hundred, with Garrity maybe still a question mark but without him not a hope. Kennett will make us stronger and there will be no pressure on him. It's up to the rest to up their game when another is off colour in a TEAM sport.
wolfy
I like many sports but this has to be the worst run league in any sport, what a farce. I was looking forward to watching both these matches tonight but think I'll give it a miss and look forward to the next GP. The ego of one owner is spoiling the whole thing, how you could be proud of winning this league is beyond me.
Studland Bee
I commend Mick Horton for his comments on the Coventry website and his response to what the Poole Management has done. The BSPA yet again sanction something at the request of Matt Ford which significantly benefits Poole by bringing in a rider on better form. Most speedway supporters can clearly see this is wrong and that yet again Poole have reverted to rule bending / cheating in order to win the Elite League. Dakota North in heat seven rode his heart out and had a terrific battle with Fredrik Lindgren. Dakota may well be worried about his father in Australia, but it did not show in his racing as Mr Ford suggests. He is simply a rider who has lost form at this stage of the season and like Mr Horton states, would he have been replaced by Poole if he had scored well at Coventry, I doubt it very much. I also fail to see why Dakota North is not on a plane back to Australia given the circumstances around this team change on compassionate grounds, instead he is on the golf course with Watt. My view is that this is bad stuff from Poole yet again.

The ego of one owner is spoiling the whole thing, how you could be proud of winning this league is beyond me. They are though. Most Poole fans are not interested in the sport only in making sure they are league winners by hook or by crook. It did look like this season Poole were going to win it without pulling any stunts. But yet again they drag the sport further down the gutter. I for one hope Coventry or Belle Vue win the title and prove that cheats do not prosper I commend Mick Horton for his comments on the Coventry website and his response to what the Poole Management has done. Of course not he would persuade Magic to ride
Lukas
Raining again in Poole. Not too heavy but it is raining. With two full teams it could have gone either way. Now Poole have replaced the out of form North with a stronger rider and bees have lost the best reserve in the league & having to use a tier 2 guest as well as RR for a heatleader, I would be more shocked if Poole didn't win. Brandon
That's the reason why we have got Kennett in for tonight....Dak probably did want to ride but MF doesn't want him to as there is a good chance Dak would score very poorly considering the form he is in. We got away with it on Friday night carrying North....If Howarth would have scored 5 on Friday then the Bees would be turning up tonight with a ten point lead.... Oops, an admition of guilt! Send Gater1 to the gallows! You won't be welcomed tonight with talk like that, tut, tut.

EIS002
How the hell have Poole been granted a facility for a rider who is not sick or injured..what's the point in having rules if they are not stuck to..I'm a neutral and if Poole win it will mean nothing as they are clearly getting away with it again just like they have time and time again (B.Vue away debacle and when Proctor rode illegally at PBoro to name 2 of many)..its a disgrace and there win at all costs is an embarrassment. I am just as angry with the BSPA for letting things like this happen..thank god the chairman Harkess is finally resigning..he's worse than Sep Blatter. Bit like your team Peterborough ey,,,,😜😜😜

From PC to KC.
I would like to see Sky sports take the moral high ground here, and boycott the Poole match , and show a more complete coverage of the Swindon match. Leave FRAUD to play with his own ball, as nobody cares anymore with his spoilt child antics.
