Rob VDS
If that's the case then surely Holder and Watt shouldn't be riding as they have things on their minds As has been said before people handle things differently. Simple.
mdmc82
Which is why Poole called off their next scheduled meeting after DW's accident and why Holder withdrew from his Piraterna meeting!!No. The rain was why they called off the scheduled meeting!Holder went to be with Ward as soon as his accident happen because it was serious and they are close. As I pointed out, he still had things on his mind a week later when he rode in the GP& since but still races. Who says its the only meeting he is missing? It looks like you have all the answersPoole website says a week compassionate leave. The only meeting he luckily has in that time frame is this one. With regards to your earlier comment, if North had scored well on Friday then he wouldn't be missing this meeting Edited September 20, 2015 by mdmc82
Woz01
As has been said before people handle things differently. Simple. Exactly which is why for me a facility shouldn't be given especially when he's already rode with this on his mind on Friday.
Rob VDS
It's fairly obvious to me what the problem here is. Cov fans are taking their frustration from their own promotions lack of action in replacing out of form/injured riders out on the first opportunity that came to hand. Fair enough, I understand that but the sheer nastiness expressed on here is surprising. I kind of hope they win the trophy now just to shut them up but sadly I know that won't be the case and the anti poole BS will continue. Peace out ✌ Exactly which is why for me a facility shouldn't be given especially when he's already rode with this on his mind on Friday. Personally I'd rather have gone into the match with 6 riders and no facility if it would stop the bile being spouted on here

Bleeds Pirate Blue
The 2015 Poole Pirates finished the year at the top of the Elite League as the #1 seed for the playoffs (clear by 4pts). They scored the most points of all Elite League clubs (1,383), 58 more than the next best scoring team, Belle Vue. That's more than two points per meeting on average better than any other team. In 2015, Poole have raced Coventry on five occasions, winning three, drawing one and losing one. The cumulative score for the five matches is Poole 223-195 Coventry. The one Poole loss is notable for the fact that Pirates #1, Maciej Janowski (10.40 home CMA) was replaced by guest Richard Lawson, who scored 4 points. But yeah, the use of Edward Kennett as a guest rider for Dakota North, compliant with the rules of the sport, will be the reason the Pirates win the league, if that is how it all plays out? Game On
you can't help yourself Gavan you really are a nasty piece of work.put your money where your mouth is and prove that Poole are cheats? On another note, if Dakota had scored double fiqures at Brandon would anyone had posted on here about him taking a break? No because he wouldn't of taken one
Rob VDS
No because he wouldn't of taken one In your opinion. Very important 3 words those.
Bees_Man
If it wasn't for the last two 5-1's in heat 14 and 15 North would be riding tomorrow. Everyone knows that.
ruckerroo
I wonder if fast Freddie's motors can be rested Monday night on compassionate grounds........ Some would say they've had 6 months rest already
Behzminter
Yet again Speedway in this country becomes a farce and yet again Poole speedway are right at the heart of it. A rider pulls out of a meeting on compassionate grounds because his dad has been in an accident. Now all the crap about needing a doctor is absolute tosh. A doctor will only sign you off with stress not for compassionate leave. The club make the decision not anyone with a medical background. Hans Andersen, Rory Schlien, Tai Woffinden, Emil Sayfutdinov and even more recently Chris Holder, Davey Watt have ridden straight after deaths of family members, friends and after tragic accidents of friends. Dakota North should be riding. The only reason he isnt is because it suits Poole for him not to be there. He isnt even flying home to be with his family, if it was serious he would fly home Fact! Now they get a better rider in to take his place. Poole have done everything by the book this season Now yet again the cheats are back. A disgrace to the sport obviously worried Coventry may beat them so they cheat. I pray that one of the other 3 teams can win the league. 100% agree with you on that! mdmc82
If it wasn't for the last two 5-1's in heat 14 and 15 North would be riding tomorrow. Everyone knows that. Exactly. We were going to be up against it tomorrow weakened without Garrity or Kylmakorpi who have been two of our best riders this year but yet Poole are now stronger by replacing a rider who they knew would struggle to score. Shame as if two full teams, I think we would have had good chance of winning both legs. Whatever happens, I'm proud that are team got where they have through playing by the rules and riding well all season. Rather that than win through cheating. When you say everyone I assume you mean bees fans. Cos I don't know that as my crystal ball is being repaired 👍 Most people who don't support Poole see it as well and knew he wouldn't be riding after Friday. Different year, same story unfortunately

On another note, if Dakota had scored double fiqures at Brandon would anyone had posted on here about him taking a break? i am terribly nasty arent i for even suggesting Poole are bending the rules so sory you got all emotional and yes if North was in form scoring well he would be riding in this meeting i think thats quite obvious. if Holder can ride in a gp showing strngth of character then North should ride in this. As i say if North was in form he would ride

Gavan
When you say everyone I assume you mean bees fans. Cos I don't know that as my crystal ball is being repaired my club are in the premier league so ive no allegiance however year after year Poole pull some sort of stunt to help them out. Only the blinkered choose not to see. If North was in form he would be riding. Do you think Poole would let Magic miss the meeting and be replaced by say Nicholls in the same situation? No of course not. North is out of form he has a family issue, much easier for him not to ride. And if one of my parents was seriously ill in hospital i would go see them. If North misses the final this will stink even more Edited September 20, 2015 by Gavan
