scoobydoo
Grondal has been struggling home and away to beat the 3pt NL riders , all the tracks hes been to this season hes seen before if hes got a talent he must be leaving it at home in Denmark,

I don't get the fuss. He came in on a 7 and now has an average of around 5 and is struggling at reserve Grondal, Lambert and MPT are all on sticky ground in a team that was put together as all riders were expected to put points on their averages Edited April 27, 2016 by dazpanther
scoobydoo
Lets face it they wont make any changes now its probably to late, the spare points have been wasted.

Not totally correct, if we were to omit PalmToft or Emil Grondal we would still have between 7.29 and 6.93 to bring in a replacement and there just might be a rider out there who fits that criteria . jenga
just seems a shame that certain riders are being earmarked to be dropped by some fans and the replacements could flop or take some time to get into the groove . pity those new race suits only lasted a month or so . riders need to be given time as some guys dont get going until the sun comes out . its like going to work in shorts . i know postmen do it , but thats cutbacks in the materials supplied . ( shads ,where are you )

New era Panthers
Poole dont muck around with under performing riders. Poole have got an abundance of talent they can access that are already on there books including all the ex Panthers riders Frost took with him when he decided to desert Peterborough. Crump99
Poole have got an abundance of talent they can access that are already on there books including all the ex Panthers riders Frost took with him when he decided to desert Peterborough. But before that ill-judged scenario arose, Poole still didn't muck around which is the point. When Frost was at Peterborough giving the benefit of the doubt to under-performing riders it was often pointed out that success would only come if he followed the Poole model. It never came because he never did.

BluPanther
Adam Ellis would be high on my list of priorities if any changes are made. I would have had him in the team this year from the start, the lad flies round the Showground and is full of potential...
Crump99
So therein lies the answer (if you can't beat them join them) Nice one Frosty. After promising the fans great times and apparently "He particularly enjoys new challenges and innovations to solve problems or improve efficiencies", I'd say that dumping us in the PL, also back under Horton where we knew how it would end, nearly closing us a couple of times before camping in Dorset isn't much to be proud of. In fact on Nov 19 we were still "Readypower Panthers"

In fact on Nov 19 we were still "Readypower Panthers" Well we are not in the Elite league anymore and we have no Frosty to bankroll us . The good thing is although we have gone down a division we now have a leader in Ged Rathbone who cares about his task and also is able to mix with supporters and doing a fine job keeping the club running. I'd rather be how we are now with someone who we can put our faith and trust in than see Frosty ever make a return.
