mikebaker
How about a stright swap. Bukhave for Grondal. Ged has a soft spot for Havelock's duds. He gave Konopka a go after we finaly got rid.

mikebaker
Andersen has potential. Should have started the season at reserve with 5.60 average. But Havelock opts for a Dane with no credentials whatsoever. Points were available, with a 6.50/ 6.00 for Bukhave and Simon Nielsen. For what it's worth. Ostergaard is not a number 1. With the points available, a number 1 should have been a priority.

It probably was but they couldn't get who they wanted and/or wouldn't pay what they considered silly money when running on a tight budget. It's a fine line between good decision and false economy.
TheScotsman
Davey Watt has been dumped - maybe he could find a few non-Sundays to fit you in?
New era Panthers
Davey Watt has been dumped - maybe he could find a few non-Sundays to fit you in? Would have been ok but unfortunately his average is over 7 in elite league so it's back to the drawing board.

Ah ok - I never checked. Assumed he must be rubbish now hence why Poole have dumped him. I was forgetting how they worked!!
Panthers89
So panthers averages from May: Ully 8.14 Grondal 5.35 MPT 5.71 Porsing 6.58 Busk 7.42 Lambert 4.73 Perry 3.00 40.92 Means can't change Lambert for Proctor now.
TheScotsman
Why Lambert? Why not Toft or Grondal?

peterborough daz
Lambert back to reserve then...... Grondal in the main body rye aside certainly doesn't help at the minute

peterborough daz
but panthers will be stronger at home with lambert at reserve , surely palm toft is on his last legs You'd have to think so we have 1.61 on top of his average to find a replacement from somewhere. I'd still prefer a top number 1 like Cook
Panthers89
Even with replacing Ully can't get cook in
New era Panthers
They have potential, when has Lambert averaged higher than his starting average from this season? Palm Toft, and S.Lambert have both dropped below there starting average and Grondal who has increased his average by 0.23 has had the added bonus of easier reserve rides at NO;6 . As for potential , how long are we supposed to wait , imo of these 3 only Grondal has potential ,to significantly improve his average as he has only had about half a season in the PL, Palm Toft and Lambert have been around quite a bit longer and Grondal is a signed asset. I agree, wouldn't get rid of Emil as there is a talent there. I'd personally stick with MPT a bit longer than would with Lambert as last season was beating better riders and also has averaged higher. But it's looking like a, it's alright if we keep quiet approach from our promotors. I do like how the last 2 press releases have been quotes from the guy who is temp managing the side! A case of throw him into the lions den?

Who knows perhaps they are working behind the scenes to bring a new face in , and they wouldn't be telling anybody until a deal is done and the replaced rider being informed in a correct manner. I can't see anything happening till after the away trip to Glasgow but think this meeting will be pivotal as to some riders Panthers future or maybe a good result and 3 good performances from the said mentioned riders just might alter the. management stance and give them more time . Suspense is killing but we'll just have to wait and see.
