crazyb
And isn't hindsight a wonderful thing, as it stands it wouldn't have made any difference, 3 extra points by virtue of the TR would have still resulted in us losing by one. I can add up as well, but it could have made a difference in the last heat with us having a one point lead. Another point that infuriates me is almost always taking 1 and 3 in heat one after winning the toss. A lot of teams go for heat fifteen choice but not Panthers. Even taking 2 and 4 would give the reserves (who aren't the strongest), the better gates in heat two, which is what Brian Clark used to do. A long time ago I know, but worth considering when we have, supposedly, the top rider in the league at number one.

As you say it was a long time ago, even giving the 2 reserves the supposed favoured gates 1 & 3 in heat 2 is no guarantee that they would done any better . And as for you to suggest instead of changing riders get rid of the team manager , well it's not the team manager who rides the bikes is it, personally I happen to think Carl Johnson is doing a great job and if anybody can motivate them better where are they

Unless he didn't want to do it, and I don't believe that. End of story

In my book Carl is the best man for the job, if anybody can get them motivated there's nobody better. scoobydoo
Nobody better : Flyin Ryan Sullivan but the bus fare to each match is horrendous.
Lukas
Yet another performance that shows that if we are to win anything then changes need to be made..NBJ, Perry, grondal and Holub will not win us the league.

They should just about get in the playoffs but I can't honestly see them doing anything when they get there. achievement wise we have taken a backward step from the previous season,i would have expected N.B.J. to have been kicking on to 8+ average and for me he's been a big dissapointment
Baldyman
I thought in ged you all trusted.? I'm sure he will make changes if the right riders are available. Edited August 5, 2016 by baldyman
New era Panthers
I thought in ged you all trusted.? I'm sure he will make changes if the right riders are available. therein lies the problem, we do trust in Ged but where is he going to find these riders, Holub is easy to replace but with so many not pulling there wait and confidence on a low ebb, it's difficult to see where other improvements can be made. How fortunes change we are now on a low ebb and Witches looked to have turned a corner with there recent upward trend in results.
Baldyman
That's cos we now have a reserve that can score points..where as you did have that, but not at the moment.
scoobydoo
Morris & Holub are scoring fairly similar to the Ipswich reserves but Grondal and Perry are both underperforming then Ulrich and NBJ have been inconsistent . NBJ has been a disappointment hes not improved as expected , yet at Lynn hes seems highly regarded .

jenga
i think everyone that visits the apple tree arena is poor . revels have such a good side at the moment . i was rooting for the cats last night because i have a bet on somerset NOT to win the league . its a four horse race and i dont think Peterborough are in the stalls at the moment . one man on his own cant win the league, maybe the plrc. but nowt else . from what i seen at workington , holub, grondal and maybe perry need to move on . sympathy for perry, started like a house on fire . time to give some 3 point brits a go at 7 . still a classy side , but a good few non paying passengers .
