dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Dont they ever ride away? And is this another interpretation of the rule that's not there?if you take that into account then there would have to be no d/u full stop.
Panthers89
Its clicked, BSPA are being assholes, because Cook is in the 2nd Semi Final which is being rode at Glasgow on the Sunday we are facing Rye House, so it means he will be missing 4 meetings, and that is obviously the number that hits the limit for the jokers. Panthers89
Well he is due to ride in that semi final so would be missing and would be missing from BSPA run event, could be a contributor.

New era Panthers
The PR this morning sounded quite positive to me i reckon a compromise could be reached Don't hold your breath as Godfrey has advised Ged's proposed changes wouldn't be accepted , do you think other B,S.P.A .members will break rank and go against him
Lukas
Not so positive now the team has been announced for tomorrow without Cook in it..I think we will be in for a hiding unfortunately.. Such a shame them tossers blocked it..it would have given a huge lift and increased the crowd...thank you BSPA corrupt clowns.
peterborough daz
I expect a defeat. I see Ged states in the latest PR that he knows we still need to make changes. 2 heat winners in the last 3 meetings is simply unacceptable. I really don't want to watch the makeshift team tomorrow, but Ged needs the support. Edited May 7, 2016 by dazpanther

You've got think Sheffield are coming at the right time to win and they must really fancy there chances as Panthers are understrength with supporters and riders on a low ebb. Well done B.S.P.A. Lukas
Am I the only one who was expecting another announcement today?.. Or are we to assume that no news is not good news!?
jenga
i think the bottom line is , peterborough should have been aware of the 2 tracks riding on fridays, plus craig and his crew should have known that both teams ride on Fridays . their designated first choice race day . so from day 1 , it was a no goer .. craig missing also from the pairs and clashes with the world cup. possibly shame tho . peterborough daz
Financially would it not be better for Cook to just do the pl? If not Cook where do we turn? Lukas
3 fixture clashes..bottom line... And there are many riders in the same league with the same amount of fixture clashes.

You made that point a week or so before it was announced but probably you and myself were perhaps the only people on here who thought that way, I would love it to happen but thought all the time that it was a no goer and now Private Godfrey has put his foot in the door and said his bit I still see very little chance of it happening. on another note why can't Campton's 2014 average be carried over to this season any idea? PE7Panther
..... , peterborough should have been aware of the 2 tracks riding on fridays, plus craig and his crew should have known that both teams ride on Fridays . their designated first choice race day . so from day 1 , it was a no goer and yet you, like several others, are unable to refer to a RULE that backs up your assertion
Alan_Jones
on another note why can't Campton's 2014 average be carried over to this season any idea? After the visa kerfuffle they're treating those returning after previously failing to qualify as new starters. speed ace
maybe Ged intended to dump Porsing in any case..... So if that was the case he would have a plan b....... These poor riders seem to being used as pawns in this debacle. Cook has been given false hope of gaining a team place with panthers, clearly the bspa will be looking at the bigger picture. IF he gets more meetings and his form picks up, then his polish team are going to come calling, then how many fixtures will he miss on Sundays? This of course would suit panthers as virtually any rider in the league would be able to guest for him. Really hope Cookie does get fixed up, just don't think it will be with the panthers
Alan_Jones
and yet you, like several others, are unable to refer to a RULE that backs up your assertion It's in the promoters hand book, which we're not worthy of seeing, along with things like the 30 mile rule.
