MD
Worky would have been better retaining Wethers. He didnt start until June and was coming good in the latter meetings. He will improve on his sub 5 average whereas Campton has achieved his level and is off the back of a year without competitive speedway. comet49
Workington maybe wanted Wethers but he's signed for Berwick, no surprise.

Lord Lucan
I thought Wethers would be a nailed on cert for the No6 slot next year, scoring pts for fun at the back end and starting so late had a very attractive start average, would have been an ace in the hole for us as a rider more than capable of mixing it at either two or four should the averages dictate during the season? Don't know if the management had any option to take him but I certainly think we've missed out there, he's going to be wasted at Berwick, would have been far better suited riding for us!! jenga
so where is our ash riding in 2016 ? ........ commercial dan has posted on the official . unofficial comets site that if mason campton finishes in the top 4 of a state championship . his incoming average will be increased to a 5 . this is because he missed the 2015 British season . so workington have less points to play with for the 2016 team . but i am sure it is all in hand .
