TheScotsman
Nah - you would still be waiting for your opponents to play their first round at that time. .
Steve Irving
I'm I'm gonna stick to my guns and say I can't see him being anything other than one of the worst reserves in the league. Now maybe if he is given plenty of time to get to grips with the track he may hold his average. I think you're being way too pessimistic with Castagna. He'll be far from one of the worst reserves in the league and will put at least a point and a half on his starting average IMO. There is no way he'll just about "hold his average" of 3.33. He'll up it comfortably. Edited December 8, 2015 by Steve Irving

ZODIAK
Nice to read a few positive words about Phil Hilton there. Good lad Danny. We will see won't we. Castagna? TBF Baldy Castagna rode all but a couple of meetings for Sheffield in the main body of the team, so even if he doesn't actually improve (which you'd expect him too) he should still comfortably up his starting figure based on the fact of being at reserve.
spiegal
Sadly, very sadly i hear that "Mum Witch"..dear Ruby Woods has passed away aged 94. She was so much part of the whole Foxhall Team and close knit family Truly a lovely lady, who was universally known and loved by all supporters and riders. Yet another of the names and personalities so associated with the great years of the Witches Sad news but so many wonderful memories. BluPanther
I had the pleasure of taking Ruby to some away meetings in the 70's, and her passion for the Witches was something to behold. She was a truly amazing lady. RIP ''Mum Witch''...
jenga
its always sad when a true supporter of any team passes on. there are not many fans who command the respect and admiration of fellow supporters . she sounds like she was a character . there are not many , if any of the new breed of supporters around these days . we had mel pettit @ workington .missed by riders and fans , as will ruby down in ipswich .
Baldyman
A few teams supporters had characters back in the day. There used to be a very loud one from belle vue called soldier boy, or something along those lines Edited December 9, 2015 by baldyman

ZODIAK
Happy days. Hopefully set us up for next and a few seasons to come. Exactly this. In these hard times for Speedway fingers crossed that the new sponsorship keeps the wolves from the door for a few more season's, and then helping the team be competitive at the right end of the table as an added bonus.

Reviresco
So who gets priority when there's a fixture clash? I understand that the PL club has priority (maybe with the exception of the NLRC) and that in such cases the NL club can use R/R or a Guest in 2016. NL fixtures are due to be planned out around EL and PL fixtures. Edited December 17, 2015 by macca56
