Siggytastic
As I stated previously on this thread we should go for unknown Swedes or Danes. Jenson when he was at Peterborough or like Jacobson at Rye.we never seem to want to try that route. Our Thursday race night probably stops us signing a Swede. Fromafar
I'm fairly sure CL has his 7 in mind, as do most other promoters. But if I was a rider I wouldn't sign until Glasgow have completed their team. It's only a short career, and you'd be a fool to turn down the sort of money they're paying. The word on the grassbanks of Mildura the other night was, Berwick thought Richie Worrall would be there, until Glasgow came along with £50 a point more than they offered, can't turn that down.Everybody knows what thought does.thats Speedway promoters for you no interest for the sport in General.Always has been this way ,so nothing new.

Baldyman
Next season I think you are better off with 2 3 point reserves and the strongest top 5 you can get.
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Totally agree Baldyman. Especially as the 3 pointers are a free for all rather than a draft. You can then effectively have 4 heat leaders. Of course you have to be able to afford it too......
Baldyman
Oh I didn't know it was a free for all on the not so draft rider. Money is defo gonna talk then. Let's hope we have a bit of money to get someone half decent.
