2ndbendbeerhut
Was a comment from 12th september from the ipswich 2015 thread.... "Team should have been good enough though - it certainly looked it at the start of the season. Tungate , heeps & Manzares let you down." Baldyman
And his comment was right. On a completely different level - I would like to see a change to the Billy Sanders Memorial meeting for next season just to freshen it up a little.... How about a 20 Heat - 5 Team format?? something like this would be interesting to watch.... all for example purposes TEAM A Danny King Nico Covatti New Signing New Signing (Reserve) TEAM B Rory Schlein Nicklas Porsing Ben Barker Zac Wijnecht TEAM C Craig Cook Robert Lambert Scott Nicholls Ashley Morris TEAM D Richie Worrall Eddie Kennett Jason Garrity Bradley Wilson-Dean TEAM E Adam Ellis Nick Morris Rohan Tungate Brady Kurtz Nice idea, but who is gonna pay all those wages? Or would it be 25 quid to get in.

Can't see Mr Louis digging that deep into his pockets. Ah but that was then - now I'm a happy go lucky Eastenders denier who really loves watching Ippo and thinks they always play by the rules and don't use guests every week unlike some!! Ah nice to see you have a soft spot for the Witches
Bash
Maybe the riders could ride for free to pay for the new air fence with just travel expenses paid. Should get a good crowd with that line up. I made the evening star twice!!!, as I live in Essex and can't get the Star what did they quote from me? dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Bash - these were your quotes printed in the star "our home form is what ket us down this season, so now is time to take stock and have a clear out for next season" "from this years team I would only have Danny Nico and Ashley back. Bring back RichiecWorrall who should have been used this year on his average"
ZODIAK
Disagree about Worrall. Didn't his "bargain" average actually drop again this year?
Arch Stanton
Disagree about Worrall. Didn't his "bargain" average actually drop again this year? Dropped from 7.32 to 6.84 so wasn't the bargain after all.
Baldyman
But that's on a different home track. I'm sure it wouldn't have dropped again at foxhall, but I guess we will never know. I guess it's the same as people thinking Rohan's average was gonna go up to around 9. It also did the opposite and dropped. Edited October 14, 2015 by baldyman
Pob
Think the pressure of being a number 1 got to him a bit the year he had at foxhall. Once he dropped to 5 seemed alot better. I'd take Worrall back to foxhall in a heart beat .
ZODIAK
Got to be honest I don't really get the appeal of Ritchie Worrall. He seemed to be on just about every Witches' fans wishlists last winter despite the fact he flopped whilst spending a season here. He's dropped his average again this season whilst not riding at number one either and to me his average looks just about right, a 7 pointer. Didn't find him particularly exciting to watch either but each to his own.
Blackadder
In this week's SS, Rohan Tungate says he wants to go EL next year, but may consider PL as well, but not with Ipswich. Good news for some.

TheScotsman
Would prefer it if he went EL full time so I don't have to watch him again.
ZODIAK
Why has the official Witches Twitter tweeted an old picture of Troy Batchelor in his Witches Kevlars?? https://twitter.com/ipswichspeedway/status/654688114342924289 Edited October 15, 2015 by Hong Kong Phooey
Baldyman
So is he choosing not to race for ipswich or ipswich choosing not to use him? How would he do in the elite league? Average second string? I think he would do okay at a track like Leicester. So that's 2 new faces for next season Edited October 15, 2015 by baldyman
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
I would expect more than 2 new faces....
