dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
The Pussycats and/or Sheffield have to lose at home again and not pick up anything more away for us to have a sniff of leapfrogging them IMO. Not impossible but unlikely. All we can do is keep winning and see where it leaves us.
Pob
Ipswich are in the playoffs now, they should win at Redcar and a Roseless Newcastle. Well done guys. You ever thought about doing stand up ? As fueltaps said i'd rather already have the points on the board . Your home form is crap but surely even the Pussycats should have enough left in the tank with the changes you've made to just scrap in the play offs from your last two home matches against Rye House and Workington . Win both of them i think you'll be safe and won't need to go to Edinburgh looking for a point or two. Could be worth a visit to the Showground this coming weekend to see how the Pussycats handle the pressure . We left it to late to mate our changes and had far too much to catch up even winning both home match and getting a win at Redcar which on current form will not be easy for the Witches , we would still need something from our trip to Newcastle and IMO i don't think we will . Mind you lose or draw either of your home matches and its going to be squeaky bum time for your lot. Building up to great end to the regular season , shame that there wont be any of the matches on Sky .

And Panthers will help you and keep losing at home, It might look a decent top4 but the bottom 3 are a real worry, so your still in with a fighting chance, but it might help just being without Busk Jakobsen who just doesn't seem to have any confidence 'and has been quite regularly on the wrong end of 5-1's even Jye Etheridge managed to be him twice on his 1st visit to the showground and and Paine managed to beat him as well, just shows bad he was. Pob
Busk Jakobsen , that surprises me i really thought he was going to push on this season , was your best rider when your lot came to Foxhall . As you said might have a problem with confidence shame as i think he it a good rider but things just aint gone his way this season .
TheScotsman
Maybe Mr. Busk spent too much time looking out for the axe? Understandable he lost to some weaker riders yesterday. But what was Oystercard's excuse? Edited August 30, 2016 by TheScotsman

But what was Oystercard's excuse? Busk Jakobsen has been like it for sometime now not just yesterday's performance he has done better away from home . He's been a major disappointment for me as I know he can do much better , but I'm glad to see him go and wish him well. Ostergaard is a bit of a enigma, but needs to sort it out.2 wins and 2 last places is a bit erratic .
TheScotsman
Not just any old last places for Oysty though - quality opposition last places!! Maybe "age shall not weary them" no longer applies? Or was it too many ruts in the track?
Reviresco
Rye House are at Sheffield on Thursday and the East of England as the first part of a Double Header on Sunday and the way they rode as a Team to pull back a 16 point deficit and defeat Berwick on aggregate in their KOC Quarter Final on Monday, it isn't impossible that they may take points off of either team. I understand that Danny is guesting for Eddie K, who is with Lakeside at Kings Lynn, at Owlerton. Good practice for the PLRC on 11th. Kenneth Bjerre's first outing for the Panters on Sunday. Is there any reason why there is no meeting at Foxhall this Thursday (fair enough last week with the cars on track over the Bank Holiday)? Was the date Reserved for a possible Cup match? Off to watch the Witches No.7 at Brum tonight in his return clash with Kelsey Doghard following their close encounter at Smallbrook last week. Taking his "Big Ed" for the trip too, then off to Owlerton on Thursday as there is this blank at Foxhall. It has been mentioned before, but is there any interest in a few of us travelling ti Redcar on 9th?

Reviresco
Congratulations to Danyon Hume on achieving his first full NL 15pt maximum at Perry Barr tonight. Untroubled in all five heats. Classy and fast. So pleased for his Dad too. A Guest booking at No. 1 for Eastbourne at the IoW tomorrow follows. Great stuff Dan. Onward and Upward buddy. Could be interested macca, bloody long way mind and I guess we would need to take a day off work. Are you intending to price up a mini bus? If there are enough folk interested, mini bus would be the way to go I guess. Otherwise four in a car. I guess the Supporters Club wouldn't organise something. ...?

Onward and Upward ...? yes well done to the lad but you shouldn't read to much in to this , just take a look at the opposition , doesn't look very strong also Tom Perry scored 14+1 and he's been really struggling of late at premier league level, but well done to the lad anyway
