Jonny the spud
Just send him a text - that's the Poole way (apparently) He's coming home in ten days. I'll just ask him then.
mdmc82
Bearing in mind the Draft rules are similar to last year, does that mean Poole will be releasing Newman as their protected rider...????? Interesting..... No what it means is because PL averages are used, Newman will be at the bottom of the tier 1 draft!! Therefore because Poole will have a low ranked tier 1 riders, they will get one of the first picks of the tier 2 riders.

dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
It shouldn't work that way now averages are being used.any side protecting a rider in round 1 should fofeit priority in round 2 whether its average or grading used.Protection should effectively mean you have picked the 'top' rider as tge team is getting first pick. If more than 1 team protect then it should go back to reverse league order.
Woz01
If they do a draft then the riders should be positioned where they ended up on the tier list at the end of last season despite what average they start on. Trees
We've got 'our' Lewis, u can keep 'your' Kyle Just as long as the BSPA agree to use their BEL averages!!
SteveLyric2
Kyle on 4.10 is a no brainer (for Poole) - assuming its rubber-stamped at the AGM today.

g13webb
I find this so difficult to comprehend, the logic of this idea. What could possibly be a defining reason why the 'Draft Riders' positions are based on their PL averages. Every supporter, fan, Promoter, Management are aware of the quality of the riders involved. By using figures from another source leaves the door open for conjecture and misplacement. Would love to know the reason behind such pathetic thinking..... How would you propose they grade a rider who only rode PL this season?
