King's Lynn 2016

Recommended Posts

Most speedway fans have seen Kai ride on International TV events and whilst decent in Germany it remains to be seen how well he does elsewhere.

First time I saw him was in a European under 19 Team event - notable scorers were: Mikkel Bech 12, Mikkel Mikkelsen 12, Jacob Thorsell 10, the entire might of Team GB 13, and Kai Huckenbeck 12.

Think he has all the potential, how he adapts to racing in Britain is anyone's guess.

How many points do Lynn need to lose off the riders averages to relace Kai with Troy at the end of April ?

Should be for like.

There is no way Lynn (or any team) should be able to drop a new rider to bring in an established heat leader.

Hope Buster isn't using his powers to gain an advantage

Yes but by the end of april he will have an official average. He will be dropped if he isn't good enough and the team changed.Average manipulation isn't new, i should know!!

Crazy Robin. He said Masters was the exception, meaning he did'nt look weak ;-)

Apologies as didnt read it properly☺

Exactly, Wolves are strong there. The rest in not too sure about but think Sedgmen might have a decent season for Swindon.

Apologies☺

how do you know there was no place for him anywhere? he didn't want to do UK this year!

Hadn't read anything saying he didn't want to ride here?.

Maybe their services came at different prices.

you could have a point there - all I'm thinking is we've done the ground work with Porsing he knows the tracks now whereas we start from the bottom with the German- that's what I mean

Why? If Batchelor fits within the 40.5 limit when he is fully fit then there is no issue.

If Kai makes good in the next couple of years then Buster has a decent asset. If he doesn't then nothing has really been lost. With Porsing, the guy has had 3 seasons, and not sure he was any better a rider at the end of last season than when he first joined.

Kai is a risk, as is Rory returning from a bad one. I don't think many see Lynn has a top 4 side for this season so maybe Buster is looking further ahead. After all now he is head honcho he will have a clear vision of where Elite League Speedway is heading in the next few years, so could be he is making his plans early.

Perhaps I shouldn't comment on a rider I've not seen ride but wouldn't Porsing have been a better bet ? Than the German

Haza, you may not like the new rider but he has a name. It's KAI, easy to remember just like the world champ but with a K for Kings Lynn

They would be better off getting Kenny Bjerre back, Kings Lynn look a poor team, expecting a massive away win when Poole turn up, Brady Kurtz could beat most of that team, let alone Holder,Andersen,Watt and Buckowski.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Heres the rub. Could you imagine Matt Ford watching an unknown ride around with a second string and then just sign him on that and put him in the 1-7? Never in a month of Sundays and perhaps one of the reasons Lynn never win much.

Poole club owner Matt Ford has admitted that he doesn't know a great deal about Lee Smart, one of the two 'Fast Track' riders that the Pirates selected in the top league allocation of reserves at Rugby on Tuesday. "I'll be perfectly honest and admit that at this stage I don't know a great deal about him"
