mikebv
Could there be a German going to King's Lynn?Saw mention of a rider looking for a mechanic in the east of England area......maybe another team, but who else is looking for a rider in that area?I think this rumour came about because a bspa forum attendee heard someone from KL say that they were "going for a Gerd Riss" !!!! I'll get me coat..... Edited February 23, 2016 by mikebv
stevehone
I think they meant an Eric Riss >> https://www.flickr.com/photos/the_womble/20337884949/in/album-72157657169360151/
Daniel Smith
If Iversen is in, excitement levels will rise a little as that will make the team look very different. But, there's still a lot of work to be done by the promotion to better 2015's abysmal efforts. 1. Help in creating a better atmosphere. Just banging out loud music doesn't cut it 2. Rider interaction. We need to see some passion, Korneliussen and Schlein have it but we need to see it as a team too. 3. Interaction from the promotion. Last season we only heard Buster's passion when we limped out of the Play-Offs, need him letting rip from day 1 even if it's at my moaning. It will help lift people's spirits when you know the management care too (but don't give us the great racing speech when it's clearly shocking ) 4. Presentation. From 6.30 - 7.15 have the management & or rider's greet fans in, it's good customer service. Force themselves upon new people, don't wait to be spoken too. Bring back the theme night, live bands, BBQ's etc in the summer months. Start the season off with a cheap airhorn sale for a couple of meetings, the noise habit will just continue all season. The guy in the middle, we need a micman replica. Someone with enthusiasm but not shouty like last year's annoyance.
semion
Think the presentation side has suffered badly since Bennet went down under. Note pop the cheque in the post Mike 😆
stevebrum
NKI has just tweeted 'interesting news coming later this week'. Maybe he is stepping in for Batch.. Thought Lynn were over the limit bringing NKI in anyway? Surely they wouldn't be thinking of bending the rules now would they?

If Iversen steps in for Batchelors it just means the last rider could only have an average of 6.7ish tops I think. Alas Bjarne Pedersen, 6.50 assessed foreign rider, or someone we've not mentioned.

semion
Assuming ( Big assume I know) That NKI does ride to the rescue and comes in for Batch ( short term or otherwise) What Kind of list of runners and riders could we be looking at to fill that final spot ( someone suggested 6.7) Would for example Kenni Larsen fit in if so... Then Wow, That Team should put some bums on seats 1. Rory S 2. Mads K 3. Niels I 4. Rob L 5. Kenni L Plus Wilko and Half of Team Lewis. Could give Poole a run for their money 5. Kenni L 5. Kenni L
Trees
Why do u think Kenni Larsen wants the gig, he'd already be in by now if he did??
Woz01
Larsen's average is too high anyway if you bring in Iversen. Edited February 24, 2016 by woz01

In Truth Trees I aint convinced that anyone wants the gig. I guess with the clock ticking ever closer to tapes up its all wishful thinking. Things being left this late is not typical Buster and the fans are used to having things all done and dusted early doors at Lynn Edited February 24, 2016 by semion

semion
Taken from the Lynn News http://www.lynnnews.co.uk/sport/speedway/fixture-changes-for-king-s-lynn-stars-1-7227159 Few jobs up for grabs there. Is it staff they are looking for or Volunteers ?

I guess with the clock ticking ever closer to tapes up its all wishful thinking. Things being left this late is not typical Buster and the fans are used to having things all done and dusted early doors at Lynn I think Buster's tactics are working quite well in leaving things late this season. It keeps people posting on here. And for once we may have the edge over Poole even if it is just the most pages on the BSF.All square at the moment
semion
Tel, Now that SS is back from his sulk sabbatical things could change. He is well capable of knocking up a good few pages on his own.
Hornsey
Great to see Bjarne is still doing the Ben Fund meeting!! Very decent of him and could also be a good idea career-wise. if he goes well, he is almost certain to be signed by a UK club- Assuming that he hasn't been, already
