Just a shame his scores are descending as appose to ascending

Rather steady scores than 4 or 14.

Each to their own.

Oh, and one that hasn't been sacked 3 times either . :t:

Bech must be well embarrassed being replaced by PK

Bech must be well embarrassed. ... Full stop.

Away:

0 1 1* 1 (at Coventry as heat leader)

0 1* 0 (at Coventry as heat leader)

R 2 1* 1* 2 (at Leicester as reserve)

1* 2 1* R (at Poole as heat leader)

1 3 0 2 (at Swindon as heat leader)

0 1 1* 2* ( at Lakeside as second string)

Home form hasn't been that bad. Away has struggled, particularly the two Coventry meetings.

Which is strange as he came to Brandon with Lakeside about 3 years ago and looked pretty much unstoppable, then every time he's been back since barely scored anything. I think he won one of the world u-21 rounds there too, I might be wrong.

Not sure why he has gone off the boil in recent years, he certainly looked like becoming a top rider not so long ago.

Good that Bech and the club appear to have parted on good terms. I'm not all that sure about PK returning, as his form this year hasn't been particularly outstanding, though I guess it will help that he won't be expected to nag in 15s and 14s every week given our good form at the moment.

Have to say it shows the stupidity of the regulations with averages that he will likely be a reserve on Monday (incidentally, his last appearance as a reserve in the UK was at Oxford on October 12th 1990!).

Something the BSPA need to review again in the winter.

Last nights proggy suggested Freddie Lindgren & Joonas Kylmakorpi would not be at Leicester on 2 July. Terrace talk suggested Sam Masters was also unavailable?

Why on earth is this fixture not being changed?

Another case of Leicester not caring that half the opposition are missing.

Surely it takes both teams to agree on the date of a fixture before the season starts. If teams don't look at the international fixtures that are happening on a particular date that's surely bad management on their part, if they think they might have riders missing don't arrange a fixture on that date. It sometimes an advantage to not track a particular rider at a track they don't like, I think Belle Vue are quite happy that Zagar was missing at Leicester for example 17 points from 14 rides,(including ELRC) is his record at BP, so using Chris Harris as a guest was an advantage to them. The same thing happened last season, Lakeside had 4 riders missing & turned up with a team of track specialists for I think their only away win.

Speedway is becoming a big joke what other sport would turn up with half its team missing.

Most sports actually.

The difference is, speedway isn't like most sports. You can't just bring in someone (a reserve/squad member) of a fairly equal calibre like you can in other sports.
