Wolverhampton 2016

Again I see some crying out for 'fresh faces' etc..

This is totally irrelevant.

What matters is picking the right riders on the right average and getting the correct balance when building a team.

We got that completely wrong at the start of the year.

CVS always looks to be loyal to his riders, and that's commendable.

However, sometimes there is a need to try something different. Especially if the riders in your asset base don't fit the roles needed for the team.

The trouble is our promotion are reluctant to try anything new, instead sticking only with what they know. I'm led to believe CVS rarely goes in the pits during meeting's, and Adams resembles a Churchillian dog most weeks.

Whether the alarming drop in the crowds levels will be enough to fire them into action remains to be seen, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Something different was tried with musielak.... Didn't work.

Again, fresh or old, it doesn't matter.

We've had two poor seasons in a row, but you'd think it was decades... We won in 2009, reached playoffs in 2nd place in 2010. Then 2012 were the best team till proctor was injured.. And even then we only lost in playoffs due to tai'so injury.. Thus it hasn't all been bad.

A third poor season in a row must be avoided at all costs and if tai isn't coming back then a new no 1 is needed. Someone like Doyle would fit the bill.

BWticher i know youve mentioned Doyle before, but what are the benifits for him riding at Wolves. He seems happy and settled at Leicester, and then would he be willing to ride for a Monday track.

Like a few others who ride in Poland and Sweden,is it to much of a distraction.

He's just an example, he isn't a Leicester asset so he would be available to speak too.

Nice to see Freddie is bringing his best gear to help Coventry in the play offs.

Care to kick us any harder Fred?

Total disgrace.

It's a Coventry press release... think about that for a moment.

Then consider it is the first leg of the Swedish Playoffs on Tuesday night....

Still believe it?

After the way he has ridden for Wolves this year I'm not expecting much.

Hopefully it will help him having a much better team around him, I will judge on the night.

I personally find it sad to see the decline of such a high class rider.

Hopefully if he returns we will see the old 'Fast Freddie'.
