CB252
I went to the BV vs Swindon semi last night... usual admission price £17.50 Take note greedy Mick Only 15 quid to those that bothered to go to last Wednesday's excellent meeting against Lakeside and also included as part of the season ticket. Take note fickle fans that turn up once in a blue moon and expect a deal.
SCB
I went to the BV vs Swindon semi last night... usual admission price £17.50 Take note greedy Mick Yawn. It's a play-off semi final. Does £2 really make that much difference? This week walk to work once in stead of taking the bus? Or if you drive drive properly and calmly and you'll save your £2 in fuel (and wear on your brakes). Makes me laugh that people complain about £2 for one speedway meeting but most people waste more than that every week without even thinking! LisaColette
I went to the BV vs Swindon semi last night... usual admission price £17.50 Take note greedy Mick If you really want to punish Mick, then don't go and convince a lot of others not to either. However this is most unlikely as everyone loves to watch Poole 😁

one of clubs
Potentially losing Bomber must be a massive blow to Coventry. I, and all the Aces fans would probably prefer to face Poole in the final should we make it due to the fact that Coventry ride KL very well. SCB
Principle, obviously something you've left behind some time ago Principle? How so? Pretty much every other sport changes more for bigger games, matches or meetings. Why should Coventry Speedway be different?
SteveLyric2
Revised start time for this meeting now confirmed as 8.00pm So is that a club decision or a Sky decision? And will there be a curfew?

Gemini
Or don't get a programme. Instant profit. As long as you can find out the teams in the correct order beforehand, not alphabetical as the promotion like to do it. Mind you, it doesn't matter how awkward they are they still wouldn't make me buy a programme as I just print a blank one and fill the names in when I get there. Woz01
Belle Vue didn't take the p1ss out of their supporters... yet Coventry do But they've gave the majority of fans a discount for the semi final. I couldn't go last Wednesday but I have no issue paying £2 extra for a semi final. Just one less coffee a day at work would save me £2 quid.

As long as you print off the right kind of race card you only have to write the names in once anyway! just fill in the heat from left to right then. Woz01
But if my partner and I go it's £40 for 10 heats! I've got the whole clan coming out of the wood work for this. Just proves that they think £20 is acceptable for the playoffs but not £18 for regular league racing. Lets hope we get to 15 heats!
