TMW
Basically Freddie is putting himself in a potential 4 match transfer window to sign for the bees next year at a greatly reduced average Does he know something we don't about Wolves then ? Gemini
I bet they thought that about Tai as well.
stevebrum
I bet they thought that about Tai as well. Tai was never coming back, and if he did it would be for Wolves - as the Bees found out.
Phil The Ace
So this apparently will be run on Friday 18th September now Edited September 12, 2015 by Phil The Ace
Woz01
Read a few tweets suggesting this will now be on Friday? With gospeed needing 48 hours notice whether to call a meeting off or not i guess it will be due to forecast. The last thing Cov promotion wants is another farce because of tv. Would also reckon there is a good chance of BV - Swindon meeting not being run on monday either.

For us is seems it'll actually be dry most of the day (an odd shower) till evening then rain comes. They could at least give us till the morning of the meeting but Go speed and probably Sky insist on needing to know 48 hours before. mdmc82
@SkySpeedway: Weather not looking great for Monday, we are looking at alternative nights with BSPA but hopeful that Manchester will be ok.

TheSmiler
What the actual F. Forecasts are never reliable until within a 24 hour time frame. Absolutely ridiculous if this is true.
SCB
What the actual F. Forecasts are never reliable until within a 24 hour time frame. Absolutely ridiculous if this is true. But we have to make a decision before 48 hours due to Sky. It's better to run on a damp Friday than a damp Monday. There's also more chance of Friday's forecast changing than Monday's due to the time into the futures they aren't.

Sky said last time that it had to be called off 48 hours before. Otherwise it will turn out to be a sham like the last time the teams met. 100% chance of heavy rain on Monday. It's the right call
NeilWatson
COVENTRY’S Elite League play-off semi-final against Poole will now take place on FRIDAY (September 18). The decision has been taken early due to a poor weather forecast for the initial staging date on Monday. The scheduled National League match between Coventry Storm and Cradley on Sunday goes ahead as planned (midday start).

It's the right call How can there be 100% chance of rain on Monday when it is currently Saturday evening?! Understandable if it's the rules of Go Speed but forecasts are never accurate and trustworthy until at least a 24 hour time frame. Rain is easier to predict admittedly, but there's been too many rain offs due to forecast this year.
SCB
The forecasts are saying it will, definetly at some point rain Monday. That's not in doubt. Friday it might not rain so there less risk of it being rain effected.
Woz01
Friday will likely see a much bigger crowd too. Is Fridays meeting on sky? Also the forecast suggests there is only 11% chance of rain for friday Edited September 12, 2015 by woz01
