Wolfsbane
So yet again Sky with their infernal advert breaks decide the result of a meeting. I assume the score after 14 heats of the 2nd leg will decide who makes the final.
SUPERACE
Great win for the Aces, in all honesty Swindon are lucky it's only 14 points. Should be a cracker next week and it's advantage Aces.

Presumably you are only a few weeks into watching speedway then or you wouldnt "assume" something stupid like that
foreverblue
AJ fantastic guest but awful meeting overall, swindon were hopeless and got lucky with no heat 15 which would have only made the score worse. Well done aces hope to see you in final
LisaColette
Well done BV, really good performance! How hard is it to pass on that track though 😐 Are BV going to stick with AJ or will they go for Doyle (if ave fits) at Swindon? 😌
scottyfan
Hope so but sadly can't see it. No JK, Big chance there will be no Harris and Garrity injured. Could be very one sided. Magic also not 100% No excuse tonight though as Swindon are at full strength and carrying no injuries Coventry are the only team to win there and can't see us making it that far. .....Newman isn't 100% either!!! bigcatdiary
I can only agree it didn't make for very good viewing at all. Difficult to say whether Belle Vue were that good or Swindon that bad but it's going to be difficult for the Robins to pull that back. van wolfswinkel
Cant see The Robins getting this back, especially after the beating The Aces handed out to Swindon on their last visit to Wiltshire. Oh well glad I'm on holiday in Knobland next week. Great achievement by Rosco though, 8 play-offs in 9 years, The Robins were in the Premier 12 years ago. Now always in top 4, The Arsenal of speedway. Would like to see The Mancs win the trophy, they're probably the biggest wooden-spoonists this century, and haven't won it for 22 years!

Wackie
Don't get the comments about it not being a good meeting. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

They miss Hans Andersen as skip...he pumped them up to win the title in 2012, and Darce was a great motivator in those 10 meetings this year. Troyboy is not a good skip. mdmc82
.....Newman isn't 100% either!!! He had slight dizziness not concussion. Should be fine. Nothing broken or swollen
Crazy robin
They definitely should stick with AJ then! 😊 I hope Matej is back so we get to see him ride the Abbey one last time as he was mint the season he had with The Robins.
ouch
arrrghhh!! When will Lady Luck cut us some slack? If, as I'm told every year the luck evens itself out then over the next one or three matches we're going to be the luckiest team going. I'm not talking about the referee either we known they are going to favour the opposition, thats a given. The Robins fall then get a better result in the re run and then the heavens open before our last hurrah, so a 20 point lead becomes 14. Well done to The Aces on a thoroughly deserved victory and well done to Charles. They often come back to haunt us but we'll keep churning these lads out for the good of British speedway. Top scorer, a fine effort lad.

Right now I genuinely don't think he has a clue.IMO he is trying hard to be restrained and professional in front of the cameras rather than exuding his natural passion for all things speedway and Swindon. He may appear a total pillock at times, but without that energy and total commitment for his side, he is not a leader but a spokesman. Come on Alun, let's see the old passion back, you may look a bit of a tool at times, but you are safe in the knowledge that Havvy will outdo you 10 to 1 on that front!
