BluPanther
The thing with BV is they have scored 40+ in every away meeting, so if they can put 50 on Swindon they'll be confident of an aggregate win. If I was Poole then BV would have been my biggest worry and is imagine they'd be the team Swindon least wanted. That is a very good point, great observation i must say... van wolfswinkel
Belle Vue won comfortably scoring over 50 at Swindon so probably start as favs I would say, depending on Zagar. But I will go for Roscos Rampant Rip-Roaring Red Robins to meet Poole in a west-country final, repeat of 2012.
deanr1
Definitely wouldn't rule out Belle Vue, very solid top 5 including a big hitter at number 1, they just lack a big scoring reserve really.

You mean someone like Steve Worrall? 15 points from 5 rides at Monmore last night.
Trevor
and Steve Worrall know the Swindon track.. I think the Aces have the momentum, and will win it now.
noggin
I still say tactical shouldn't be used in play offs, scores over two legs, not who used a tactical and who didn't.

Didn't Worrall score a max only yesterday. He also rides Swindon very well. Stefan is in better form than Rose as well.
A ORLOV
BV reserves are good and can pose a problem for the Swindon ones, especially S Worrall.
mikebv
Belle Vue will comfortably be the second highest point scorers in the League, even with some teams having one more meeting left.... Make of that what you will.....

acef
The biggest problem for BV is Josh moving to 3rd heatleader. It has really unbalanced the team. The points he will drop will not be made up for with Scott dropping to 2nd string against better teams like Swindon. It's incredible how he's ended up there. His average actually went down but still overtook Scotty. BV are very solid from 1 to 7. If one of our 2nd strings has a decent night then we generally hit 50 plus. The best riding order has to be as follows going into the playoffs Zagar Fricke Grazjonek Nicholls Cook Having Scott at 4 is certainly handy. Craig Cook has never stood up in the really important meetings. Now is his time to deliver

foreverblue
2013 playoff final. Didn't work for Birmingham! or the 2010 for us but that doesn't mean it's the wrong decision.

SUPERACE
The big thing for Belle Vue is Zagars fitness or who we get if he's not there. If Zagar is fit we have a chance v anyone on aggregate.

No. 46-44 and 48-42 says you have your work cut out and that's assuming the reserves rack up the points they did in those 2 matches. Are you worried? I would be... acef
No. 46-44 and 48-42 says you have your work cut out and that's assuming the reserves rack up the points they did in those 2 matches. Are you worried? I would be... Over the 4 meetings we have beaten Swindon on aggregate. Granted there are always circumstances but I would fancy our chances. As was pointed out the last time they were up here, Zagar didn't complete his final 3 races but we still won. That's with Ward scoring a maximum. I've been waiting for BV to fire as a unit all season. If we can manage that now, then I'd fancy to win over 2 legs. The big thing for Belle Vue is Zagars fitness or who we get if he's not there. If Zagar is fit we have a chance v anyone on aggregate.Agreed. A half fit Zagar is playing with fire. AJ will probably step in if Matej isn't fit. I'm happy with that. I am glad BV are in the play off. The play offs have a decent look and all the teams will think they can win the final if they have that bit of luck. BV have a good all round team and Worrall, in particular, is a major concern but I have seen enough to be quietly confident over the 2 legs. Weather permitting my first trip to the city of Sy'cog'phants awaits...
van wolfswinkel
After Killer's blast at Poole last night to grab 2 points for The Robins the Wiltshire team have a fantastic chance of winning the semi. Poole still overall favs though. Are the Madchester Mexicans still around? Was chatting to a few on my last visit to Mancland in 2004, a60-30 battering by the Aces.
