Is Nicholls average on the BSPA site correct? Or is there a typo?

I know he's had a bit of a dip mid-season, but generally seems to have been scoring well. 5.96 doesn't sound right.

His average for the first half the year was 6.90, so take away a couple of the high scoring meeting at the start of the season and it's not impossible. I'd certainly expect it to be lower than Kylmakorpis

Strange as i would say we are no weaker than the side that got a point in the A fixture !!

Agreed. The way I'm trying to look it is exactly that Joonas failed to beat an opponent and Jorgensen can't really be much worse than Robbo was. I think it'll be respectable. King rode well but Fricke seems to be something of a specialist at Blunsdon (well he is a mini- Leigh Adams after all)

The last ever Thursday night meeting at The Abbey tonight and possibly ever if the mythical new stadium doesn't arrive.

Should be a straightforward home win given Coventry's absentees.

I just don't understand this situation so perhaps a Swindon fan could explain. It's not as if they are building a new stadium in a different area so why can't they just leave the present track where it is and upgrade anything that needs doing ~ back straight bogs for example, although I've never had the pleasure of using them ~ and build the houses where they plan to put the new track?

Because the new stadium will be much smaller leaving more room for houses.

who in their right mind would build houses right next door to a new speedway stadium. I just hope the mildenhall situation has not set a precedent.

The houses are there, the question is, "who would build a stadium next door to houses" - if you're cynical you might suggest nobody!
