NeilWatson
Are we not past the deadline date for transfers? Â Is there somthing that says injury replacements can be made? Yes, there's a seven-day window to replace riders with season-ending injury. SR 16.3.4.1 A 7-day window, prior to the scheduled date of the first EL Play-Offs will enable EL Clubs only to replace long-term Injured Riders, but not with Riders in other EL Team Declarations. NB. SR 16.3 does not apply but Riders must be fully licensed, have current Start Permission and be eligible to participate in UK Speedway. mdmc82
Surely the answer is 2 (or 4) guest bookings for Fredrik Lindgren (6.55) for Joonas (6.80) ...Definitely not Lindgren as he is very inconsistent and also ruled out as with a team already. Joonas was averaging 7.33 without rolling averages so need a replacement capable of that. Â Larsen was looking for a team place in the UK not long ago. Shamak being an asset would mean no loan free Edited September 4, 2015 by mdmc82

CB252
Hope we will be making use of this facility with our points available  Who is going to invest in bringing equipment over here for two meetings?  The best option is to use a cheap guest and get dispatched in the semi accordingly. Either that or just wave a big white flag and avoid the pointlessness of it all.
SCB
Â Who is going to invest in bringing equipment over here for two meetings? If the riders Polish or Swedish season is over they'll have a couple of bikes not being used. It's not like 4 weeks ago when we were looking to replace Robbo that these riders still needed the bikes in mainland Europe.

SCB
It is a replacement rider only - so up to Joonas' average! We replaced Stuart Robson with Kyle Howarth. Didn't only use up to his average. Replacement doesn't mean the same.

johnno4
Anybody know why we put out Zengi in Ht 15 ? He wasn't riding very well and if Hansi hadn't fallen we would have gifted the Bees a point. Also why are we a match short of every one else ? mdmc82
It is a replacement rider only - so up to Joonas' average! A replacement rider can either be a direct swap around the injured riders average or up to the 34 point limit. That means Coventry have 8+ points to use, however it depends who wants to come over. Killer prob didn't fancy it with the GP challenge tomorrow. A point to Cov wouldn't have mattered anyway. They will win both their remaining fixtures and we will get battered at Poole so 3rd place for us anyway.

Lets hope we go for it considering what's at stake and big crowds turn up during the play offs.

What is not clear is whether this permits a like for like rider in replacement i.e. Up to average of rider being replaced or a replacement rider permitted up to the available average (quoted on here as 8.3 by someone) with a full team redeclaration? Â My guess would be the former making the position less beneficial for the Bees, but I don't know. Â Perhaps somebody in the know could confirm the rule?
