It was an individual meeting in 1976 and was held just after Peter Collins had won the World Title. PC was there along with a lot of the other top stars at the time if i remember correctly. Just trying to find out what the meeting was , picures , programme etc. Hope I've got the dates etc right. Any chance of putting the years 81/82/83/84 on at some stage Dave?if you have done it?real great stuff 1976 i have at least 300 programmes to fill in.By the way what made you want to do your research and year results and have you stopped at 1984.? Steve Wilkes & Gary Done are currently working on 1977 for Speedway Researcher. I took 1978 because it was the season I was best prepared to tackle but it's turned into a bit of a nightmare. Steve & Gary will be doing 79 onwards whenever they get to them. I'm continuing to work on clearing up the 1979 yearbook, the actual season file is almost ready but every time I go to publish I receive new information that re-writes a lot (and I mean A LOT) of what the Speedway Star published. I just happen to have retained Speedway Stars from 78-84 from what was a bigger collection, hence the reason I can rarely assist outwith those years.
