sidewinder
All of the four teams, in the final, have a realistic chance of winning it at Redcar. Okay so maybe Newcastle will be underdogs and maybe Edinburgh are slight favourites, the difference between all four teams, is not huge. I would like to point out, that every rider in the main body of the team, has some pedigree around the PMA. So it will come down to which team wants it and rises to the occasion. I think it will develop into a very tight exciting meeting.
Bash
I agree it will be a very tight meeting, out of the teams only Ipswich has won at Redcar this year, only by 2 points with Somerset losing by 3, Edinburgh by 4 and Newcastle by 7. It's just a shame that there probably won't be much of a crowd there to witness it. I was looking forward to going but midweek is a no-go. I'll just get the DVD and watch that. Baldyman
It's also meant to be tungates favourite track, so that should be a bonus.

Baldyman
there will be no crowd in there next Thursday Surely there will be at least 50 people from Newcastle.
TheScotsman
Really Scotsman are you feeling under the weather saying the Witches could win this . Never thought I'd here it from you Sorry to disappoint you Pob!! But Newcy are unfortunately weaker. Somerset & Monarchs? Might not be a good time for them since it's in between the KO Final legs. Ippo have a lot to prove and this is their last chance this season. So it all points to an Ippo win. Anyway I'll be out of mobile signal that night so I won't know anything about it!!

pvm
As a neutral, I'm looking forward to a great meeting, shame it's not a Saturday night, but these things happen. Looking at the line-ups, most riders (with one or two exceptions) are quite capable of scoring a 4 ride 12pt maximum at Redcar, which should make for some cracking races. Not sure of the format,16 or 20 heats, but it could end up with every heat being a cracker and any of the 4 in each heat capable of winning the race or finishing last.

cheekycobra
Also a neutral and looking forward to Thursday. Never have time to get away from the MPA, so watching a fours meeting is something I haven't seen since the Qualifiers at Cleveland Park. BRING BACK THE FOUR TEAM QUALIFIERS.... Predictions.... Edinburgh could come down to Sedgman, who though an ex-Bear hasn't rode as well as was expected on his last return visits. Ipswich, same as Edinburgh with Covatti, who needs to up his game on his latest visit Newcastle All their team have had good meetings and bad at the MPA, If they all fire, don't write them off. Somerset. Wright, is the kingpin. He (on paper) is the weakest of the team, but is pretty good around our track. He will pick up points where he's not expected to and will be the difference, so my moneys on Somerset. Its going to be close though.... Cant wait.
