Daniel Smith
there will be change or changes at Lynn the season isn't over yet So you keep saying but time is running out. They need to be done ready for Monday
CB252
As someone said after the Poole fiasco, there will actually be a huge sense of relief when the 'stadium closed' signs go up. A shambles of a day on and off the track as expected. Judging by the reaction of the few Bees fans there I think most of us are past caring. Honest question, do those of you who said this would be close actually follow speedway, or were you just patronising us Bees fans?!
JamieE
Poole will be mad not to pick us in the play offs when they finish top. The Bees management will trot out the easy excuses about injury but the fact is the current team isn't good enough. Amazingly the crowd looked good tonight. Time for the management to reward that support by getting the team in competitive shape for the play offs. The Robson situation is getting ridiculous.
Grachan
Great result for Swindon, although Bees were very much weakened. Even so, they showed little fight other than Chris Harris. Darcy Ward was so good again. Oh if only he was a Swindon asset. He was already team riding Summers before they reached the first bend, and in heat 13 was pulling wheelies down the back straight while winning by half the straight. Shades of Michael Lee there! All the top 5 were good value. A shame Wrighty no 2 faded after a good first race. I remember when he was a bright England prospect. Not sure why he's now at this level. Looking good for a play off place now.

We have been top all season and have had some cracking wins home & away. Tonight would have been closer without RR & with Garrity and a fit king. However I still am not convinced we would win. The same against Poole. We ruined our chance of finishing top weeks ago when we didn't replace Robson and used guests/RR instead.

Given time he'll do ok again but just needs meetings.

Agree see him ride for Buxton a real racer also when he won the Conference Final at Rye House still he scored four decent points and this was a very good away win. Bee 26
You knew the score, but you chose to go... Didn't know what the team was tho until I got to the stadium as the promotion decided to keep quiet on that front.....I wonder why

SpecialOne
Just got home from the trip to Cov and simply brilliant again tonight. Yes the bees were weakened tonight but we took full advantage of that with a massive 4 points which changes the play off picture. 2 home wins and should be in, certainly takes pressure off the Poole fixture. Mon the robins. All hail the Mesiah Rosco
Bee 26
Swindon's top 5 are solid throughout, can't see anyone beating them tbh. We will get slaughtered down at their place!

Yep, at least we can save the admission money though. Shame as I won't get one final visit to Blunsdon now.
Gemini
I do actually feel there could be some good racing tonight because I've been to matches before not expecting much and they've been brilliant. On the other hand I've been to local derbies expecting an exciting match and it's been rubbish. I guess we'll know later on tonight. Well, to answer my own post - I was wrong because Swindon were off from the tapes in most races and gone so the 'racing' was unfortunately rubbish. Predict 36-54 Good prediction. If I'd known the team before I went I'd probably have changed my predicted ten point defeat to a lot more. My crystal ball foresee's a rant by Horton over the small crowd , followed by a threat to close down, followed by another statement 2 days hence in answer to criticism of home thrashing, along the lines of, "it really has nothing to do with me, its all Havvys fault". Your crystal ball needs cleaning because that must have been one of the biggest crowds of the season tonight. Shame the racing wasn't better. I'm sure Garrity would have livened things up a bit. .....muffinman......What's the crowd like. Big crowd. I got there at 6.55pm and had to park much further back than I usually do. foreverblue
As i said earlier the bees will not finish second with this team, yes of course Garrity was a massive loss but on paper still had the stronger reserves but Sargeant should done better, i also said Summers was a good signing, seen him a couple of times recently and he is in excellent form, fair play to Rosco for snapping him up, King is obviously riding injured but why they havent replaced Robson is beyond me. What game is Havvy playing or is he too stupid to realise the damage it is having on the team.
sommelier
I looked on the bees website at 5.30 for the line ups for tonight, and realised they weren't going to bother. So I didn't either. Cost them 2 admissions. Horton's attitude stinks. You didn't miss much mate has the quality of the racing was as bad has it gets!
