Alan_Jones
I understand that but it was the BSPA members that discussed it (presumably?) at the AGM before submitting the rules for approval (rubber-stamping) by SCB, so the BSPA members would have been aware of the intent. The rules don't always get published the way they were intended at the AGM.
SteveLyric2
Totally agree - but they are the rules primarily for the clubs, riders and officials, made and approved by the clubs (BSPA) and officials(SCB). The fans and even the riders are actually secondary to any rule-making and interpretation. All I'm saying is that the clubs should be aware of any new rules and the intentions behind their introduction, so there should be no confusion for the clubs even though fan forums can still provide an opportunity for different interpretations.
