Poole Pirates Vs Swindon Robins 07/09/15 (rearanged Fixture)

Recommended Posts

Janowski riding in Poland so hope he is ok for tomorrow.

Matt Ford said don't be surprised if he rides for Wroclaw but still misses out on Monday. He reckons the Polish teams push their riders more and this is a 'must-win' fixture for Wroclaw. (Funnily I was speaking to a Wroclaw fan who said the opposite, both teams are already in the playoffs so the match tomorrow isn't that crucial)

If Magic's ok, I'm all for them running it tomorrow. There's a big difference between 'running scared' and respecting your opponent. With both teams at full-strength It'll be a good one. I somehow doubt the Robins fans would be so confident if Ward were the one injured.

Why not - with his average, Swindon would be able to cherry pick a replacement!

They do.

They got last weeks one spot on ..I expect a early call off anyhow as Magic is missing ..yet more cheating from the Poole

Dear me whatever your drinking out of your taps i don't want any. You state the forcasters got it right last week, they did, eventually. But because Magic is Injured, although because the Dumb Polish authorities forcing their riders to ride because they have some sort of hold over them, and yet the forcast for tomorrow is the same if not worse than last Wednesday you call us cheats.. Clearly you don't watch TV. Signal that bad in Swindon, Pop round to dear old uncle Rosco's, he might tell you.. Or not..

Magic was instructed to ride today - scoring 6 points from 5 rides. Wroclaw lost by 2 points but still qualified for the play-offs

His 4th ride says in whatever that means but he did do a 5th ride but we all know he must be riding injured to score that low.

if we need a guest i would go for A.J.

looks like it going to be another guest ridden farcical play off final again , too many riders getting injured

should have the play offs in august

Whatever gave you that idea.............Poole will field a full strength team unless someone is seriously injured...........

With over an inch of rain predicted in the Poole area tomorrow, you lucky lucky Pirates will escape a 'trouncing'... :D

Having beaten Swindon at home a few weeks ago I think a trouncing is unlikely............but then you never know with this sport...............

With over an inch of rain predicted in the Poole area tomorrow the Robins are very very lucky indeed..

I know I've had nothing to do with what's happened to Darcy, but can't help feeling bad that I've just jinxed one of my favourite riders!

Hope it's nothing too serious, but back and neck pain is no joke...

EDIT: According to Jack Holder on Twitter he has a broken shoulder and wrist! Get well soon Darcy!
