Popular Post BWitcher
Another whining comment from Hancock. "No penalty for the dangerous riding" he says. Yes there was, he was excluded. Not that it was dangerous anyway, just an old man, losing his nerve, bailing out when it got tough Correct decision to ban him. Meanwhile, over on facebook there are fans putting a petition together to have Nicki Pedersen banned for life or they will sue him and the FIM for attempted murder!

After another incident involving Pedersen at the weekend,i certainly take Hancock's side in this incident for me he took Hancock out. Also Hancock is an old man? (is he) who has won three titles FAiRLY in my book so why is Pedersen a hero to you yet you have a mega downer on Hancock.
Popular Post Grand Central
The bizarre thinking of this silly man is most comical " The rules have been clarified and now it’s clear what is, and isn’t, okay. " Yes, Greg.Let us all rejoice that you have made legal history in giving clarity on this matter. Running after a man and launching a full body assault IS against the rules. Here was me thinking that it was totally permissible. Idiot. Edited August 12, 2015 by Grand Central
Popular Post Bruiser McHuge
No problem with a 10 day ban for that....I think that's probably the least he deserved and the least that could have been expected. I don't particularly like Hancock's statement as it is basically an open invitation for riders to take revenge on Pedersen on the track and that is very dangerous ground to enter .....Pedersen was excluded as many riders have been...not sure what else the ref and the authorities could do to Pedersen but Hancock's reaction was definitely worthy of a minimum 10 day ban and his public statements since have been very disappointing . Just judge all this on the incident and aftermath and not the riders involved because people are judging this because they like Hancock and dislike Pedersen and that's just unfair.

westhamboy66
Completely mystified how anyone can side with Hancock this time. If you judge the pair on the whole incident then Pedersen was excluded quite rightly from the race. Hancock's assault was probably as bad as the televised Punch from Dugard many years ago at Eastbourne. As the current World Champion he he's hardly covered himself in glory either in his actions or his sad comments afterwards. Greg needs to consider himself very luck not only with the fine and ban but more that he could have easily broken Pedersens neck in the assault. Anyone who has ever worn a crash helmet would know what i mean when i say how unstable you head becomes. Had he carried out this assault in GB he could have easily found himself in a cell for the night Edited August 12, 2015 by westhamboy66

mdmc82
Violence can't be ignored on the track. Kids are watching and he is meant to be a role model. I have seen worse moves than Pedersen's and riders haven't behaved like Greg did. TBF he's lucky it was only 10days. He should stop moaning and just put it behind him.
