RebelDan
Very harsh on Lanham he has been excellent this season apart from the last few meetings, thank you Leigh. It has to be Rasmus as a replacement, he was very quick when guesting for us last season. I'd bring Pontus back as well if the management are set on changes.
Cliffeboy
Cheque book speedway again, makes a mockery of the pl,win at all costs as per usual with the rebs,if it is raz plymouth will be glad of the loan fee especially as we couldn't afford him this season,i think you should have stuck with lanham his experience would be invaluable in the playoffs imo Your a bit obsessed with this cheque book business Lewy don`t know why. Lots of mega money for Starke, Greenwood, Lanham and Wright wouldn`t think so. the three heat leaders will be on more I should imagine and rightly so. You need top riders to win things and we are sticking with ours. The experience thing is a valid point but not if he himself is struggling a bit. This is not a dig at Leigh either because if yo look at some of my previous posts you will see I have supported him. I wonder how much Cook, Masters , Sedgy and Wolbert are costing Edinburgh, I`d guess more than our top 4. If any of them were not doing the business at this stage of the season Im sure the promotion would look for a change. A decent manager would have stayed true to the deal with jack holder but didn't want him on his correct average, happy to have kurtz on a false average last season though really hope the monarchs win the league they deserve it! Have too agree they look very strong favourites now.
TheScotsman
Edinburgh are usually pretty loyal.
Starman2006
Brady has loads of Guest booking for Sheffield this season and has done okay for so not so sure whether it is his form that needs questioning. Thats exactly right. Class riders don't become bad riders overnight. But he's not been as dominant as he was last season up untill his injury. He's just having one of those periods that he's not riding to the top of his game..

Starman2006
The wrong man has gone IMO. It's a disgrace !!! Im sorry but i don't agree. They will not win the League with Lanham,. And imo if Worrell is not careful, he'l be next...

Starman2006
His average is substantially higher this season to last. Maybe, but he's knowhere near as dominant this season to last. Eventhough he keeps banging on the door of Leigh Adams track record. Brady now needs to move up to the EL, he's got to the point now where he needs the step up in class. But on the same token, he could still go a long way to deciding the destination of the PL championship...

ruffdiamond
And so Worral has cut the mustard has he ? Read your race cards before you pass comment on something. Compo didn't cut the mustard for over 3 months but May stuck with him !!!English guy bites dust in favour of foreigner ! !! It seems like you'd be happy to see Worrall go,,, English bites dust in favour of foreigner ??? Why are they a comic duo ???? Somerset have done rather well with these two at the helm. Leigh and most other riders understand its a results game, and if the management feel a change is necessary so be it. Try telling Alex Ferguson who too put in his team, "Don`t play Keane this week Alex he`s not very nice" . Glasgow kiss now approaching lol Your seriously not putting Somerset on a par with Man Utd, are you ???
Cliffeboy
Off course not, just an example I thought most people would understand. Hence the lol reference. Edited August 13, 2015 by Cliffeboy

TheScotsman
What about if Wolbert started showing Glasgow form at the squeaky bum time Well we stuck with foxy & deek all last season when both dropped about 2 points off their average. You get better team spirit when their's loyalty.
gusworld
It's sad that a rider had to go but you can understand the rebels management making the change at this time as we approach the business end of the season after a couple of really poor home performances. It was a toss up between Leigh and Ritchie. Worrall was probably saved due to his good away scores which may come in handy on the forthcoming northern tour and the play offs. However here we are in August and he still hasn't mastered the OTA . Thanks Leigh for some great racing.

baba
Somerset have ambitions and will make changes, if they dont then they look like they don't have any...no win situation.

Oh so bitter.... And so Worral has cut the mustard has he ? Read your race cards before you pass comment on something. Compo didn't cut the mustard for over 3 months but May stuck with him !!! English guy bites dust in favour of foreigner ! !! I don't really care if he's English or from outter Mongolia! I want to see good speedway, which 99 times out of a 100 I do when I go to Somerset and I want to see us win every match too. If they're English then great, if not, then oh well. Worrall as I have previously said needs to up his game massively at the OTA as he's been garbage to be honest. However his away form, namely his top score at Workington to name just one has kept him in the team.
