Cliffeboy
Can`t believe nobody's started this one off so here goes. Close match, good chance for the Monarchs who are really on it at the moment, good opportunity for the Rebels too put some indifferent results behind them, although the Worky result was great. Could go either way.

Not to much water, on that stuff the water does tend to stand. Must win for Somerset.. Edited August 10, 2015 by Starman2006
coomie
If Kyle was not hurt on Sunday probably would of come home with nothing, after the Plymouth result thought we would of steamrolled Redcar but did not happen,no names but one or two of the rebels seem to be in a loss of form at the ota in particular, must start first few heats well tomorrow, come on you rebels.

Must win for Somerset.. I think those conversations go on each week starry. It's a difficult one regarding how much water to put on the track. The weather seems to have a huge part to play also. (Wind, warmth etc). Â Evenly matched sides for tomorrow but can't see anything other than a Rebels win. Brady and Josh on fire and Richie due a big score at the OTA. Â Ollie Greenwood looking to improve each week, Wrighty the usual all action second string, and Starkey liable to come up with a double figure score. Â 10 point win for the Rebs. The problem with your shale is that its very clay based, and unfortunately the water will stand. Ez would be wize providing the forcast is right to drown it about 5 pm. Where you are you do get plenty of wind, so providing its a warm drying wind that is fine. That said, Ez can prepare a very good track, and the riders should have some input, but Ez should be left to his own devices. You do need that home advantage...Nobody else should get involved. Paulco
Cant believe I'm wanting the Monarchs to win , but the reality is that if they win down there then it all but guarantees both Scottish clubs will finish in the top 2 . However a Somerset victory sets up a very interesting Rebels northern tour starting on the 21st

Jesus christ, make your mind up which it is.
Fenway Bleachers
Hey wonders will never cease. Paulco a n honorary Monarch for a night!  Welcome on board!  I like your thinking a win here and we should finish top letting Somerset and the Weegies batter 7 bells out of one another in the he PL semi playoffs  We have not had a scoreless away meeting yet but this is the acid test and the toughest road trip. We got pumped there twice last year as nd mighht again.  Look out for a Cookie master class though, might get half our points total

However a Somerset victory sets up a very interesting Rebels northern tour starting on the 21st  Think this will be the fixture where we will really miss Sam Masters as he has an impressive record at the OTA , which I cannot envisage r/r/ compensating for.  Cookie and Sedgie should give the Rebels a run for their money, but the rest of the Monarchs could be toiling, with Riss, and possibly Clegg, being first time visitors also,  Expect a comfortable home victory and hopefully an injury free match. Mr Blobby
Would love to win just to see Kelvins reaction as for some reason he hates us. Â Can only see a somerset win by about 12 witch should send the home fans and Kelvin home happy.

When has Kelvin shown such a considered and insightful view on PL speedway ?

TheScotsman
Not tonight I doubt. Â The loss of Smiler will be a step too far. Â And Cookie must be knackered. Â And Rob has aggravated his injuries.
