RPNY
Ok, then he didnt jump off, he was behind Nicki and he initiated the contact, still you didnt make your point. So in what way was Nicki wrong? Â I didn't say he was totally in the wrong I said he's moaning a lot right now and saying he did NOTHING wrong Sunday isn't the complete truth in my eyes.. My take on the Crash was it was a racing incident, he went for a small gap, which he was entitled to and I was saying that he knew that carnage COULD ensue going for that small gap. Because your wheel if half a meter in front does not mean you have total disregard for a guy on the outside. That happens for to often these days in my opinion. PolskiZuzel
Any views on this comment by Nicki Pedersen? http://www.speedwaygp.com/news/article/4366/nicki-stunned-by-red-card  Yes... there is another comment by Nicki Pedersen published on his Polish club Unia Leszno site: http://info.ksul.pl/artykul/3301 In my"best" translation it reads like this.  After the track incident, for which I was excluded from the re-run and received the red card, my adrenaline level was very high. When I got back to my box in the pit , I felt very provoked by the Torun manager,Mr. Gajewski. In a direct confrontation that has occurred he shouted at me and spoke to me in bad terms, moreover, he clearly was in my box area and the the pit area reserved for the opposing team. I was very frustrated by this fact and kicked Mr. Gajewski. I know I've done wrong and I would like to apologize to Mr. Gajewski and to my fans.  Nicki Pedersen
Mark
Galeewski was wrong to enter Pedersens pit bay. If he hadn't crossed the yellow line it would not have happened. It wasnt a big incedent. Raised tempers for 10 seconds.
Odds On
here's a question!...is NP the biggest crowd puller in speedway right now?..genuine question!
Fromafar
here's a question!...is NP the biggest crowd puller in speedway right now?..genuine question!Certainly is.He gets some harsh treatment on track but tends not to jump of the bike just stirs it up at end of race which adds to the atmosphere of the meeting. There are a few "Nicki Pedersen" moves by other riders which are ignored by officials IMO
chris4gillian
here's a question!...is NP the biggest crowd puller in speedway right now?..genuine question! Â Most definitely...but mainly for the wrong reasons. However in racing (not off track!) terms, I would suggest that Darcy Ward isn't far behind. Emil is up there too. SCB
So Nicki Pedersen assault someone and apologises. Greg Hancock assault someone and says it been coming for a long time and make out the other guy is a psycho. Yet one is a real professional and nice guy and the other is the devil on a speedway bike. Hmmmm!

Hmmmm! My sentiments exactly..he should have got a longer bañ for showing no remorse.. I'm sorry, but he's coming across as a right arsehole! billywamill
Nicki has a 'win-at-all-costs' attitude which borders on dangerous. Â He has a tendency to blast deep into the bends, straight lining on occasions, such that when he invariably touches a rider, it's unexpected and they lose control. Â He's not the only one though. The number of riders lifting or pushing it to the limit seems to have increased in the last couple of years. Â Makes for great racing though and every sport needs controversy to keep the interest going.
Terry
here's a question!...is NP the biggest crowd puller in speedway right now?..genuine question! Â Possibly, if only to see what dumb thing he's going to do next! Let's face it, it's not for his fantastic racing manoeuvres, that's left to the superior-skilled riders like Ward, Laguta, Sayfutdinov, and dare I say...Hancock. This always amuses me from both sides of this argument. To rubbish the other rider. Both have 3 World Titles. Both are clearly exceptional speedway riders, it's hard to argue that. Terry
Nicki may be good from the front, but he doesn't seem to have a great racing brain when he's behind, as he makes a lot of desperate overtaking moves which invariably fail. Â I know Greg doesn't pass too often but when he does it's always clean. Â 3 titles each, but I class Hancock as the better rider.
