Berwick 2016

Vissing might be on their radar given his record at Ashfield and average.Time will tell.

Doubtful with Lawson & Summer's pretty much a nail on and from what I hear Richie Worrall earmarked then I doubt Vissing will be at Ashfield next year.

Asking too much money, fair play to him to be honest, he got to number one for berwick and quess he wants number one money even though he wouldnt of been number one for us, then i quess josh auty would of said he wants more money as he is a number one, i dont know if he was asking for more money or the same as he got at berwick?, shame really as thomas would of fetched some of those stay away fans that left when he and ash birks went.

Jorgensen a number one? Decent second string, that's all. Berwicks number one by accident rather than design this year

I personally think that Thomas Jorgensen made the transition from second string to heat leader well and as a result of circumstances he did find himself in the number one race jacket. ...but with that being said that was a position he earned and fully deserved as very often he rode beyond the call of duty and had it not been for him and Kevin Doolan our season would have been even more miserable.

On to Coty Garcia. If he could get some decent machinery under him I personally think he could turn out to be a decent signing. Showed flashes of form that would back this up, just lacked the speed in his bikes at times. However circumstances may well rule him outbound the running for a team place as he would essentially find himself in the lead reserve position

Rather than just listing teams I am far more interested in how promoters go about building teams. I suppose you have signings in mind, but then you have to approach the riders' parent club, always assuming the rider doesn't want to sign with his parent club. Then you need to agree terms. But all the time you need to consider things like does the rider double up with an Elite league club, ride abroad, will there be fixtures clashes, official FIM meetings.

Then there are the actual negotiations. Do you pay a rider a set rate £x per point and leave him to meet all his costs, or do you pay less per point and meet certain costs like the travelling, equipment and so on. Are there any riders who make strange demands? Do different teams have different pay scales?

I can answer your last sentence, YES.
