To The Point
Berwick`s Leon Flint took part in last nights FIM World 250 Youth cup in Gustrow, as some wont know how he got on I wont spoil things, but here is the meeting, Leon is racing at No4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=28jYRJ-Zrnc He did a fantastic job, against some very stiff opposition, who were all older than him

Shadders
May be the Danish guy who's been over here lately practicing. Rode in Saturdays meeting at Berwick I believe Edited July 17, 2016 by Shads

screm
May be the Danish guy who's been over here lately practicing. Rode in Saturdays meeting at Berwick I believe Yes he rode in last nights meeting, lively style, attacked the track but no where near a 7pt assessed PL rider. screm
Tobias Thomsen? He rode in Berwick`s meeting last night, and I think he had a practice at Peterborough on Friday, but IMO not the new rider Berwick need.

Normski
One for the future but at the moment we need someone capable of filling Seb's position.
allthegearbutnaeidea
We've seen rumours about a Pole and I've heard rumours about a Swede but let's just see what happens
smod
If you're a Pole, but not getting paid by a dodgy club in Poland, doesn't it make sense to tear up your Polish licence and come to the UK and take out an ACU licence to race here for a PL club? Berwick seem a club that's not scared to bring in riders from odd places like Argentina, Slovenia and Austria -- why not a good Pole? Berwick seem a club that's not scared to bring in riders from odd places like Argentina, Slovenia and Austria -- why not a good Pole? Why would a Pole give up the most lucrative leagues in his own country, to get less wages plus travel in the UK. So why bring in someone who is not good enough for his own country who is on a retainer of between 150/200 euros a week whether he rides or not, as he is part of the squad system. Because several Polish clubs are in financial trouble and are simply not paying their riders, no matter what promises are made.
Robinh88
Its fairly well known in Poland who is struggling. The ironic thing is usually after pleading poverty that particular club comes back with an all star seven and wins the league...cough UniaTarnow To be fair to Zielona Gora and Gorzow they have a full stadium for home where Wroclaw racing miles away in Poznan and Torun who continue to sign some of the sports biggest names for little return... 3 quarter empty stadium or half empty in KS's case I would imagine most guys choose the foreign leagues over uk because I've heard you get a handsome salary just for being a squad member. Never mind being a Zmarzlik Dudek Woffinden whom lead the biggest clubs on the continent currently. Must have been amazing to follow Speedway back in the day? I don't see how the UK can compete financially with the two mainstream leagues and Russia who have paid out big money in the past and probably still do. Poland went from 3 liga down to 2 it will be interesting to see if more clubs go out of business I.e Ostrow next year Edited July 18, 2016 by 13GrigorijLaguta

To The Point
Because several Polish clubs are in financial trouble and are simply not paying their riders, no matter what promises are made. As far as I am aware there only 2 clubs in financial difficulty at the moment in Poland. Surely if that is the case, the better clubs would add any talent to their squads, only the no hopers would be left, are we looking for a no hoper.
