mdmc82
Yes, it's the Danish Final on Friday 21st Thanks. Against Swindon's top 4 it's going to be tough anyway but even worse without one of ours. Hans will be a 2nd string going into the play offs then? Looks like it unless King has a terrible month. A lot of pressure on JK & Danny then.

Usually scores well at all the playoff contenders tracks (not poole) so should score heavily as a 2nd string.

True but whilst he's scoring points that our others riders may have also scored against 2nd strings & reserves, it means King/JK are against heatleaders and less likely to score what a inform Hans should in that position. mdmc82
We have had rain overnight and some light drizzle this morning. However the weather forecasts are very conflicting with met office (who got it very wrong yesterday) predicting rain all day whilst http://m.accuweather.com/en/gb/coventry/cv1-3/hourly-weather-forecast/326967 Forecasts sun & few showers from early afternoon. The weather forecasts were very conflicting yesterday for Swindon as Some had no rain after a few showers early on whilst the met office made people think they could need Noah's ark lol. As it turned out the Promoters called it off early based on forecasts and the heavy rain never came so the meeting could have been on. With this being a local derby & weather forecasts so different, I hope they give it a chance and go by the weather by early afternoon rather than forecast. mdmc82
@kylmakorpi: So tonight's meeting at Coventry is also off... We have had heavy rain during night and it's raining now. I'm hoping we don't have the forecast sun from 2pm onwards now 😁 Only 3 weeks left till cut off date and now we have 2 meetings that need rearranging. Hope they get sorted fast. Monday's would be good to avoid fixture clashes
arnieg
Don't think he will be Academic now, but as Andersen isn't riding for Munkebo (Kenni Larsen per their website) Cov would have not had a facility, so I suspect he would have been at Cov. Hopefully we will hear a restage date for both meetings asap. Weather looks good for all next week at the moment.
Midland Red
Restaging meetings was so much easier when the furthest the Bees had to travel was Ron and Rick from Bloxwich
A ORLOV
It is unlikely that Swindon can hold the meeting next week as we already have 4 meetings, Sep 3rd could be an option.

Bees would have riders missing then. Monday 24th would be better Imagine Coventry's main priority now will be finding a date for the home one first. That's the one we need most. mdmc82
When has Hans been in formHe scored well on both trips to Belle Vue, Leicester, Last visit to Lakeside (except last heat) and he was riding well at Swindon until he broke his finger. Was great on our last visit to Wolves, so he has had some good meetings this year. However I do agree he has spent a lot more time off form. His midland bowl meeting at Brandon at the start of the season was great and he had some great passing as well but not sure what happened to his home form after that.
